My husband and I lucked out when this place came up as a nearby furniture store as we were searching for a new couch. It's a small store so they don't have a ton in the showroom but it didn't matter. Omar was super friendly and helpful. He asked us what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sectional in one of his catalogs. He gave us a quote and we were surprised at the low price. Omar told us that his prices would be much lower than other stores but doesn't every salesman say that? We wanted to see the couch in person, of course, before ordering so Omar directed us to the nearest Ashley store to see if they had it or something similar. After visiting Ashley and seeing that the exact same couch there was $700 more (yes, $700!), we called and placed an order with Furniture Plus. Jon took the order and he was just as nice to work with. We picked up our couch today (delivery wasn't an option because we live 100 miles away) and Omar helped us load it into our pickup. He even offered us an extra set of straps to ensure we would get it home safely. I really can't say enough about how genuinely nice and pleasant this guy is. Plus you can't beat his prices for quality furniture. We will definitely go to Omar first the next time we are looking for furniture, even though he is 100 miles away! read more

Best Furniture place i have shopped at yet! they just won me over for a life time! i was in the market for a sectional set. checked out just about everyone East of 205. this was my last stop before i ordered from some one else. man good thing i stopped by. BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!! right off the bat, great customer service. listened to what i need. and gave me many options in my price range. gave me a few catalogs. recommended the best brand with the best warranty. and got them ordered up. after they came in. we ran in to a small issue with my order. i called them up and they took care of it that same day. came up with a solution even better then the original plan!!! Omar went out of his way to make sure i was took care of and that i was very happy with my product! i don't write reviews on anything. i felt the need to create an account here to make sure that every one knows that these guys are for real! Came into Furniture Plus last weekend, and its one hidden Gem! I saw them on Offerup-Craigslist and then checked out their Yelp reviews. WOW is everyone right! I was greeted by Omar and one of the staff persons-Weston. At first I was shocked when I was greeted by this super friendly guy- Omar. He's a taller and big (but good looking) guy and dressed casual (think shorts and polo shirt)..... After looking around for a sectional, I found 2 to choose from that I wanted. What Omar did wasn't like the traditional furniture sales persons approach i.e.: talk about how great the furniture is, how they have the best prices, and how reputable they are compared to the competitors...........He actually discussed the type materials used, stitching patterns, cleaning methods, and other really informative need to knows of each sectional. Needless to say, I was happy to spend $650 for a sectional with Furniture Plus. The selling point for me was how customer service savvy the guys were here; they don't follow you around (like the car salesman approach). Furniture Plus is a quality local shop. Bought a mattress and sectional from the owner - Omar! Had a great experience, walked away with a queen posturepedic mattress & box and a sectional for $1500! Every one else quoted me $2000+ for the exact brand sectional and mattress. Furniture Plus listened to me and found me what I wanted to buy, not what they wanted to sell like the big box stores or the ones lined up on Airport way. Plus Omar threw in a set of memory foam pillows for buying a mattress and box set!! Omar and Jon loaded up my new furniture and did a follow up call which was greatly appreciate! My husband and I just purchased a sofa from Furniture Plus and we had the best experience and received a great quality couch at a great price. When my husband and I walked in to the store, we already had been searching for a couch for hours and were getting salesman from other stores that were extremely pushy and were not trying to help us find the couch we wanted so when we walked in we were frustrated and irritated from the stores we previously visited. Omar, though, turned our day right around. Omar was helpful, honest, friendly, and knowledgable about the furniture. Omar gave us the space we needed too to find the couch we wanted. We ended up leaving to keep looking but we came back to purchase the couch from Omar because not only the couch was great but the whole shopping experience was way better than what we experienced that whole day. My family had a really amazing experience with this store. We came in very close to closing after shopping all day for the perfect sectional. Right by the front door, I knew I found the perfect one for our needs and budget. The salesperson (Jon) did not seem annoyed at all at us being there so close to closing, and also did not pressure us to make a decision. We decided to get the model we tried out very quickly. It delivered in a very reasonable amount of time, however, once it was all set up, there was a small problem with the end recliner. We contacted the store immediately and they jumped right on it. We live a little ways from the store so they gave us plenty of time to bring it back, and had the issue fixed at no charge within two days, and then gave all the time we needed to come pick it up. We worked with Omar this month and as we were "shopping around", he provided all the information we asked for regarding furniture models, sizes, durability, etc. Once we decided on some items, Omar offered us pricing that was either better than or at least equal to all other pricing, including online. We know that for a fact, after price shopping multiple locations for a full living room set. And, a day or two after purchase, we did wind up asking for some light warranty work to be done on a wrinkle in the back of the love seat. Omar ordered the work through the certified provider, we were given advance notice and the needed work was done quickly and correctly. This place is absolutely awesome! I had the most awesome experience! Prices are great and the salesman is so willing to work with you in any way he possibly can! We bought a beautiful sectional couch for $599! (Great price) and he threw in an extra storage side ottoman for free! And took the extra time to pick out the perfect color for it to match our couch. (Mind you the couch comes with a huge center ottoman already) with the furniture being a great price, and beautiful the only thing you'd need to top off the only thing you'd need to quality this as a PERFECT experience would be a nice, easy, not in your face salesman. I moved into my first apartment and the last piece of furniture I needed was a couch! I checked 3 other furniture stores and nothing was catching my eye, except for one couch but it was the wrong color. I decided to move on to a different store and hopefully find something else. Great customer service and really nice low prices when compared to many other furniture stores in the areas. Omar was honest and even asked us to compare with other stores in the area. We had a budget and they were so nice to lower the price so we could stay within our budget. We bought a new leather Ashley set. We shopped around and kept coming back. Not a huge store with an immense amount of selection but they are able to get any Ashley furniture item along with other furniture companies. But what they do have on the floor is very nice. Great store with higher quality Ashely furniture than the big box stores like Fred Meyers's. The salesman will explain the different qualities of the furniture making sure you get the best piece for your needs This was the second couch we have purchased the first one was for my family 2 years ago, and today we purchased one for my mothers house.
