Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

I had a pretty specific vision in mind and was mostly concerned with communicating the design + getting an outcome that was polished and fitted to perfection. I can say that Kelly came correct and completely fulfilled my vision with precision, expertise, and patience, all while being the coolest to chat and collaborate with. I approached her with an oxidized, stained headpiece that my grandma wore for her wedding in 1955 hoping to upcycle it into a custom headband with a detachable veil. She totally removed all the stains and masterfully created the most beautiful headpiece using a headband I provided. It was my favorite part of my outfit and was really special to honor my grandma since her passing. She also created a custom veil that snapped onto the headband. A dream come true. I splurged on the fabric for this gown since I wanted the shiny look of Silk Dupioni, but overall the cost for this experience was far more reasonable than if I had gone for something similar off the rack + invested in countless alterations. Kelly went above and beyond, even becoming a post-wedding hero by removing unthinkable stains (that happened back home the week after the wedding, thank gawd) from my dress that we were both not too confident would come out. She did it nonetheless and have nothing but amazing things to say about her! The cherry on top is that she's a cool 7 minute drive from my place in Cal Heights--A quick drive for anyone located in Long Beach + surrounding areas. Kelly is worth every penny. She even lined it with super stretchy wetsuit material to keep it secure and everything tucked in. That one really blew me away... The amount of detail and customization Kelly put into my dress truly could have never been possible at a traditional bridal store. Especially in my relatively short timeline. Every detail was gone over and refined a dozen times until it fit me like a glove and surpassed my original vision. Throughout the entire process, Kelly was communicative, kind, and understanding. She was truly such a beacon of peace in the otherwise hectic wedding industry and I absolutely loved working with her. She was on the preferred list from the bridal shop I purchased my wedding dress. I had her alter my wedding dress (tighten bust area, bustle, hem) and traditional Chinese dress (shorten sleeves, add bust cups, add darts to make the dress more fitted), and she was able to do it all very efficiently. I also had a last minute decision hem the dress and fortunately did so because Courtney discovered the hem was uneven. When you reach out to her she provides you a range of costs (min to max) so you have a ballpark about the costs of the alterations. Mine ended up being around the middle. I highly recommend working with Courtney if you live in the South Bay Area.

On top of that, there's no AC, so unless you want to try on alterations sweating in a tiny wooden box behind a thin curtain, I would not recommend.

The owners Vanik and Narine were so welcoming and kind and helped me repair my tuxedo and dress shirt that was ripped at a previous event. They took the time to explain to me what the repair entailed and made sure that I understood what could be done. When I came to pick up my clothes, they looked brand new. Every single item was repaired and sewn into its former condition and they cleaned and pressed it perfectly. I couldn't tell a difference from when I first bought it to when I picked it up.
