While I was waiting for my tanks to be filled Mike totally blessed me and made me a cup of coffee and directed me to his wide assortment of snacks. I was blown away at the thoughtfulness! When I asked what the snacks were for he said he likes to have them for customers to enjoy while they wait for their tanks to be filled! He definitely takes service up major notches. They showed up on time when they said they would arrive. They completed the valve replacement on the same day and they didn't try to buckle and dime me or up charge me for anything additional. if you are reading this, most likey you got scammed by this company. the best thing for you to do…read moreis call their insurance company. it is listed under the california contractrors license board. i got all my money back from their insurance. also, after they made me pay extra fee becasue they held my job hostage, i called my credit card compnay after and disputted and got my refund from the credit card company because they left the job with leaking pipes or did not complete the job. the only leg they had to stand on was to threaten mechanical lean which, i told them " good luck with that ". even if they file mechanic lien, that is easy to get removed.
