I'm writing this review four years later and giving them one star. Absolutely nothing has changed when it comes to picking up your gear. I was told a very specific date after trying to pick up my Gear early twice. Today, we're well past the pick up date and the staff is asking me What garments did I leave there because Apparently they can't find my gear that I personally dropped off that has been assigned to me by my department. A few guys and I are in the works of starting our own turnout business to help relieve this business of their duties because they are absolutely terrible and would never give these guys business if they weren't the only turnout Maintenance contracted with my department. I shouldn't be having these issues three weeks after my pick up date. If the gear is not ready, say that, but if you're going to give me a date, I expect my stuff to be ready.

So I stopped in. No problem...hooked me up and filled my tank. Nice people behind the counter and also nice guys out back. Courteaous and helpful, all of them. if you are reading this, most likey you got scammed by this company. the best thing for you to do…read moreis call their insurance company. it is listed under the california contractrors license board. i got all my money back from their insurance. also, after they made me pay extra fee becasue they held my job hostage, i called my credit card compnay after and disputted and got my refund from the credit card company because they left the job with leaking pipes or did not complete the job. the only leg they had to stand on was to threaten mechanical lean which, i told them " good luck with that ". even if they file mechanic lien, that is easy to get removed.
