When the young man came back with the shoes, he dropped both pairs on my seven-year-old grandson's lap and walked away. The lack of customer service and consideration was mind-boggling. We're from California and I've been to many Dick's Sporting Goods, but never have I had the rudeness and disrespect that I experienced at this store. On top of that they had very few choices of soccer shoes for young male children. Needless to say, I won't be back to that location.

Nothing! Contacted their Customer Service department. They offered no apology, no service, and no solution. It is obvious that the Manager Sue is lame and provided no training to the staff in service etiquette. I can say this as I have 5 years procurement experience in moving technology products for mid-sized businesses. This went on for a month [literally]. After the month went by they finally coughed up an ETA and announced it would be at least another 1/2 month before they would even have it. The sick part about it? They offered zero solution to me as the customer...even cancelled it. And worse, I went on the website to perform a mock order. And? The website provided no feedback the item was out of stock. My proposed renaming of this business. "Nonstarter Sports."

I decided to check out this Dunham's location to see what kind of bowling equipment they might have. Upon entering the store, you feel sort of overwhelmed and that feeling doesn't go away anytime soon. It's like there was no thought to the layout of the interior and it's merchandise. I really think they crammed way too much stock into the floor space they had available when the store was built. I asked one of the store workers where the bowling equipment was at, and he told me it's over by the fishing gear. So after looking around the store for 15 minutes, I asked another worker where the bowling section was, and she told me that they don't carry bowling equipment in their store, but if I wanted to checkout the Web site, I could find what I wanted online. Apparently, the workers have no idea what they have inside their own store when it comes to merchandise. Now if your looking for a great deal on University of Michigan swag and shirts they have it. Sadly, there's a small Michigan State athletic wear section just behind it. In all honesty the prices aren't bad at all. With that being said, they had only one cashier on duty, and several people standing in line. Customer service is clearly a low priority at this store location.
