Before placing our order we asked Nick ALL pertinent questions, one question being does this product have a high gloss sheen after drying. He ASSURED us that it did not, in fact he stated that our stone veneer pillar would look just the same after treatment as before treatment, which is what we wanted. Testing a small area on the pillars, before doing the entire pillar, turns out that the product creates a very high, glossy sheen. Calling Nick back, the friendly, helpful attitude evaporated! Not only do we feel we did not receive the advertised product but also that we paid an unreasonable amount for shipping and handling. We could have purchased the same type of product at the local paint store for a quarter of the price. I would not recommend Ecological Coatings to anyone. read more
