He quoted my chimney repair as a 3-day job, but the project quickly became disorganized. Different workers showed up almost every day, they often arrived without the proper tools or materials, and work was repeatedly delayed. At one point, Bob even had to borrow a ladder from a neighbor, and he left concrete debris along the side of my yard. The most serious issue was that Bob caused significant damage to my home by stepping through the ceiling in my foster children's room. Instead of being upfront, he initially misrepresented where the damage was so I wouldn't notice. Since April 2026, he has repeatedly promised to repair the damage and "gave his word" multiple times, but he has failed to follow through. After weeks of missed appointments and excuses, he finally returned only to say he was overwhelmed and needed someone else to help fix the damage he caused. At this point, I simply want the ceiling repaired properly or a refund so I can hire someone else to fix the damage. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bob's services. Bob, there is no need to lie about anything. Also, using your mother's account still is unprofessional. But since I am "lying" let me attach some proof you cannot deny as well as the message you sent in response to my yelp review, which wasn't very professional I may add. I am going to expose you for the professional you aren't. And this matter will be rectified.

It worked, but the volume I use made it expensive. This place is a styrene distributor (in addition to offering other commercial services related to plastics) and a quick call to them resulted their ordering a 4'x8' (yes, that much!) sheet of 0.040" thick styrene for me. It took exactly two weeks to come in, which they estimated when I placed the order. It cost less than $20, and now I have plenty to work with. The only odd thing about the order was that I couldn't fit it in my little Toyota so I asked to have it rolled up, and the guy I was working with seemed surprised by that suggestion. But, I helped him do it and off I went.

He did nice work of bringing my patio back to life and antiquing it again and then sealing it. However, when he caulked the edges, for some reason he taped over the caulk and then left it to bake in the hot sun, rather than removing it the next day as he had promised. I called him reminding him about removing the tape for almost three weeks. By the time he sent someone the tape was baked to the caulk and the caulk came off with the tape. Instead of his workman replacing the caulk, he just left. I called Vinny many time about him coming back to replace the missing caulk and he kept promising he would come and never showed up. After about twelve phone calls to him, I told him he was leaving me no choice other than to write a negative review unless he showed up to replace the caulk. He had asked me to write a positive review. He has never showed up again. The missing caulk has put my house in jeopardy of flooding, as he well knows. I paid him, in good faith, that he would removed the tape the next day. A word to any future customers, DON'T BELIEVE HIM!!!!

However, the issue was not that it did not work in that area. The issue was that it did not work in our turnaround, where there was no filler or area of epoxy. It is fine if you would like to decline business but we initially got no response and then we got the comment from your mother, which was rude. It is unnecessary instead of having an open line of communication with your customers to respond in that way. If you had reached out and said we feel as though doing your driveway again would not be satisfactory to you and then we would probably have a similar problem, we could've had a conversation. Including potentially still wanting to move forward, but not asking you to redo it if it doesn't adhere well in certain areas.
