I called Jump to fix a control Transformer and was pleased to get a same day appointment…read more Adam showed up on time and proceeded to diagnosis the issue. His expertise noticed a couple of installation errors , one of them was related to the control transformer. He was able to fix and completely remove the failing transformer and utilize the furness control panel instead, nice clean solution as the manufacture intended. The other installation error was causing condensation to not exit correctly and was leaking water that was rusting the front wall pan. I was unaware of this and was looking at having to replace a 4 year old furness if the rusting was to proceed or had already damaged the integrity of the wall. Adam checked the wall out and concluded that the heating element integrity was still good and the wall had not been compromised to the point of furness replacement. Without Adam's knowledge and skills I would be in a bad spot in the near future from the poor installation. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks to Adam and do recommend JumpHVAC.

I looked at reviews online for HVAC providers. The reviews for Heatwave (not on their website, which I would expect to be positive) were extremely positive 4.9 on 150+ reviews, almost too good to be true. These guys were a pleasure to deal with. Dimitri, the owner came out promptly to assess the noise issue, diagnosed the problem, and said "I can replace the motor and you can probably get a few more years, maybe", out of this and gave me a ballpark cost. The furnace issues were more severe. I decided to replace both AC & furnace. The price quoted for a Trane unit was very fair. The install crew Ivan & Arvy were very experienced. The install went smoothly. My phone calls or texts were answered promptly, they showed up on time and everyone I dealt with was very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. And, no I'm not a friend or a relative, just a very satisfied customer. Believe the reviews; they are true. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

The good: - the price.....cheap for a reason - available immediately...another red flag The bad: - Super messy. Dust and attic filling from the duct work left all over. No plastic covers, except what I could find in my garage - Took the easiest path on everything. Location, electrical runs, thermostat - didn't block it (raise it) in attic. Just sitting unleveled on the attic floor joist - duct tape on all the vents with hardly a hint of mastic on metal connections - Left electrical lines uncapped without a junction box. Just twisted and tapped it laying in insulation. - installed a non functioning water pump and water spilled over (actually replaced maybe 3 pumps? - cracked specialized ceiling plaster because of the moister but couldn't fix it. Hired another company - probably been out here 6 times trying to fix it, but as soon as they leave the freezes again - that's when I found loose ductwork everywhere. I could stick my hand in one of the return ducts - electrical in general is sketch. The guy said that's how they did it in Venezuela - electrical box is inside lines, shoved into outside lines and caulked to fill the hole Will most likely end up fixing myself. Luckily I know the basics, maybe more than these guys.
