The ladies here are always fun, but don't bother making an appointment. They don't honor appointments and do walk-in only. So if you make an 8a appointment and 15 people walk in ahead of you...you're #16. I made an appointment at the Colorado Blvd. Location for 8:15am. They open at 7:30am. However once I arrived there were several people waiting there because the place was in darkness. , doors were locked. Apparently this is not the first time this place has not been open for their customers. This poor guy said this is the second time he has experienced this. I have been using the lab for many years. For 7 years they drew my blood every three months. I have also used other labs from time to time but this one is the best. Always nice and friendly and they draw my blood with ease. I don't like nettles but I hardly know when they prick me. Never have to wait very long. read more

They line you up like cattle, have 1/10 of the seating in the waiting room leaving people to sitting on the floor in the hall and the 2 phlebotomists are also the receptionists read more

I attempted to reach this location multiple times over multiple days via phone. No one answered! I was able to reach the general headquarters via phone on the first attempt. They answered my questions quickly & professionally. When I arrived at this location, I was told the information I was given was incorrect. I mentioned I would have had correct information if they had answered their phone. I was told they were too busy with other patients to answer the phone & did not have a receptionist. I was unable to receive assistance from this branch prior to my arrival. While I was there, the representative came across as unprofessional & gave me the impression I was an inconvenience & a burden to them. In my opinion I had a very negative experience at this location & would not recommend it. read more

I am a volunteer with the Texas Dept. If Health to have Covid antibodies tested after I had vaccines and boosters and I actually got Covid after this. I am to go to CPL labs at intervals to have blood drawn. I was just treated so badly at the Colorado Blvd site. Rude, impatient, dismissive, wanted to not work today, poor customer service...and this is the fourth time I have been there....Texas, can you get a contract with some one else to draw my blood? Or did you already pay them your research money from Covid. Bad business!!! read more

This lab was a nice surprise, an unusually short wait when I came here (no one in front of me). The nurses are really friendly. My doctor had forgotten to fax the order but they gladly called the doctor on my behalf. The nurse that drew my blood was really good, it didn't hurt at all. It's more than you can say at many labs. The chairs are pretty comfortable as well at this location. read more

No damn masks on anyone! Ladies in the front (no barrier) is bad enough but the tech in the back who is drawing blood not only had no mask but when asked, she said she refuses to wear one. Dangerously unprofessional! I will never go back. Imagine how many people and their germs have been in that clinic. read more

I am not a fan of needles in my arm, but this place is great for this sort of thing. Ann is my favorite. So nice on the phone and in person. She does a great job drawing blood and is very kind and compassionate. Thank you CPL!! read more
