I was greeted by the nicest of ladies and taken to the image room. The exam was explained to me as I was made comfortable on the table. The exam was, of course, painless. It took only a brief time until the bone density test was completed. Then the very congenial technican showed me the way out of the office, explaining that my doctor will be receiving the report. I honestly had the very best experience. I needed an x-ray, an MRI, and a Mammogram and got scheduled for all three in the same afternoon. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety! They were all efficient, professional, and extremely friendly! Correction made- On 7/7/25 my aunt went into the establishment with her daughter to get her xray done. When she entered and walked in to check in she told them that she is here for her daughter. The people at the front desk were a Hispanic man and a black woman. They gave my aunt an iPad to fill out with her information for the walk in appt. So my aunt started filling out the information needed and noticed that they pulled her name up for check in instead of her daughter's information. My aunt and her daughter arrived and walked in at 3:30pm to do this xray. When my Aunt noticed the error on the iPad she went back up to the desk and tried to get someone's attention to inform them that the info on the iPad was wrong. The black lady was the one who was very rude and unfriendly and made my aunt wait for over 30mins while she checked on the insurance. No one apologized to my aunt for making the error on the check in portion of the iPad. Instead they punished her for correcting them by making her wait. She mentioned the Hispanic man was initially nice to her in the beginning and that it was the black lady who gave her alot of attitude and did not want to quickly attend to her. She was very rude and unprofessional tone! My aunt was shocked at how the black lady treated her and purposely made her wait over 30mins before attending to her and informing her that she had to pay $180 due to her insurance being out of network. So instead of continuing to be ignored but the staff and poor treatment from that black lady, my aunt decided to leave. She had wasted an hour in your office and she left and went to medical city where she was seen in under 10mins. My aunt is a Doctor and she does not deserve this type of disrespect at all. She is the nicest person on this earth and deals with children all day in her clinic. She simply was trying to get her 9 year old daughter to get an xray of her right foot and they refused to help check them in properly. Pls management you need to properly train your staff to treat all patients and family with respect regardless of color or race. That black lady needs to be retrained on how to speak to people with respect and treat them like humans and not dogs. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and she is absolutely rude. My aunt did not have the time to write this review so I said I would do this for her. Her main complaint is no one was apologetic for making an error and giving her an iPad with her information instead of her daughter's info. Secondly they wanted to punish her for correcting their error so they made her wait longer than what was needed to check in. Lastly the black lady was rude and not customer friendly at all. The Hispanic man was the only one who was nice to her in the beginning so thank you Sir. At the end of the day after wasting and hour there my aunt had to go to another location medical city to get the xray done. Management pls this has to be addressed. That black lady is a bad representation on your business. She does not know how to attend to customers and be kind and lacks empathy. As a member of your staff she is rude and seems to not want to help customers in a timely manner. Pls Fix it pls. Every human being deserves to be treated with respected. Thank you. read more

This exam was very painful. Usually it is not this bad. I also told the person doing the exam that I had a hurt shoulder and that the placement i was in was painful but she just said hold it and wasn't concerned. She did apologize as I was leaving but I wish she had at least shown some concern and let me reposition a little. Not only was the pressing of my breasts excruciating, my shoulder was also in extreme pain. read more

I used Touchstone for a CT scan in 2020. They were close to home and I didn't realize how much prices varied from place to place. I just picked the place that was more or less in the same building as a couple of my specialists. This is one of the highest cost options for medical imaging. The customer service is meh and they're currently blocking my ability to get follow up care because they will not respond to a medical records request. Do yourself a favor and shop around for any scan before you get mixed up with touchstone. read more

This company is so bad at scheduling and they keep you on the phone too long to make an appointment. I'm forgiving of this happening once but twice is unacceptable. A year or two ago I arrive for a 8 a.m. mammogram appt. After almost a half hour of waiting I'm told they don't have a tech. Go there this morning for another 8 a.m. appt after 20 minutes told they are trying to find a tech as there isn't one there. Tried to discuss with a manager which wasn't in. Spoke to a very nice apologetic lead and said this isn't acceptable. Found out no tech was scheduled until 10 or 10:30. Will no longer schedule mammograms with Touchstone. read more

Kim Boutte (she made sure to spell it several times) is the absolute worst. Beware!!!! This company is out of network with many providers. Both my insurance companies paid the contracted amount. I even was on a three way call with the insurance rep and this vendor. The vendor said they made a mistake and would stop sending bills. But- this company reported me to collection and reported it on my credit report !! Paid for my images and was give a CD Rom to forward to my specialist in England. I was told that the CD Rom would open on a Mac, but it does not. I was then told to either "find someone with an INTEL PC or give it to my doctor". Nice ploy, however my specialist is not in this country. Now that my images are useless, perhaps Touchstone should consider utilizing cross-platform modern technology, so that all of their patients can access the images they paid for. read more

The ladies her are always so polite and prompt with service. They always make sure your understand everything thing that's doing on form your procedure to billing and insurance. It's always nice and clean and smells so nice. They have a tv, a little corner set up with coffee, water, soda and mini snacks. The techs and the rest of the crew are very courteous and very helpful. It's one of the lowest cost for imaging according to my health insurance. My insurance policy even gives me a $50 rebate to choose them to do the imaging because they charge much less than other similar imaging facilities. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. They take the time to do it right and make you feel comfortable before, during and after the imaging. It's much better than other similar imaging facilities. read more

We have been waiting for 2 time-sensitive, priority (by the Physician) results from imaging. One was almost 3 weeks. It is unkind when surgeries have to be cancelled or life-threatening treatments have to be delayed because they can't read the results in a timely manner. Well, let's help them out by going ELSEWHERE! When this happens to one of their family members, hopefully they will be more diligent with their results. read more

This is the first time I visit this business and have to say I'm very impressed by their staff and the amount of time I have my mammogram done. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. They called and texted me a day before to confirm my appointment and let me know what time I needed to arrive including all the instructions. Highly recommended!! Tips: They open on Saturday! The techs are nice. But: 1) They don't tell you when to arrive. See, there's your appointment time and the time you need to arrive. If you're drinking something, you need to arrive early. Uhm, perhaps tell the person that?? 2) They don't tell you what you'll be doing. If you're going to make someone drink a gallon of liquid in an hour, tell them that. They may need to arrive earlier to get through that gallon, especially if they are having problems WITH the stomach. 3) They misquote prices. Yes, I know, insurance doesn't cover it all. But if you give them the info, you'd think they wouldn't be wrong at 2x the cost. read more
