Because of some tech's inflated ego, I experienced multiple sticks and then she kept moving the needle around inside my vein on my right arm (my right is my dominant hand). Extreme pain, bruising, and soreness even days afterwards. Finally, a more experienced tech took over (after all the torture) and went to the other arm. Afterwards, no bruising on my left arm, couldn't even tell where the needle hole was. My right arm looks like I have track marks. Not happy what-so-ever. Next time I will push back, this is ridiculous! Does this company hire brand new tech's so they can practice on patients??? Not good at all! Day of the blood withdrawal pic 1. However it was not needed and I was able to cancel it right from my phone. We chose this location because of their convenient Saturday hours. They have free parking, and a digital touch screen for checking in once you arrive. There is also an option to check in, and leave your phone number so you can wait in your car outside, but there were only 3 of us there so I did stay inside to wait. The wait time was not very long. While waiting I read that there is an option to register through their portal to receive labs directly to the patient. https://cpl.luminatehealth.com I required 5 different labs drawn for this appointment and am not entirely comfortable with needles /-: However, SONYA was friendly, kind, patient and skilled with the needle. I was very comfortable while she changed out the tubes, many tubes! I very much appreciated the friendliness of the staff, easy check-in, and this office was sparkling clean (-; Thank you for all your hard work, and keeping Saturday hours for our convenience. ttfn. , L.

He seems nice and caring, kind of I guess, but has absolutely no empathy. How do you cut someone off a medication that is apparently addictive and not give them a medication for withdrawals from this med being prescribed for at least a year (more like two) and have been taking for over 20 years. This little tiny pill that I would cut down into quarters and would take 1mg a day for panic attacks AND essential tremors Just cut off. Don't get me started on my wife's nerve pain that they won't call in because we lost our insurance. Two hip surgeries and a layoff and being fired for having two hip surgeries and to cut us off of refills because we're having a bad year? Nothing but evil and lack of empathy. Apparently I'm not the only one with complaints with a three star rating. If you're older and need actual care. Steer clear. This guy decided he was retired at a young age. Referall fees and not getting sued or whatever his deal is I personally need a doctor. Not someone just wanting my money! Which I'm losing a lot of going to this guy. I was told that was what my doctor was for a he had me pee in a cup to check for bladder infection which I already told I knew I didn't have. Had to go emergency room for a few months later. One wild guess what the issue is? I'll give you a hint it involves my kidneys.

I made two appointments and still couldn't get my lab work done…read more The first time, their computers went down while I was already in the exam room, so they sent me home without doing anything. I decided to give them another chance, and somehow it was even worse. I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time only to find out their computers were down again. Apparently this is a regular problem, and they have no backup plan. They clearly don't value people's time. If you have to take off work or arrange childcare, don't waste your time here. Two appointments, zero lab work completed. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I definitely won't be back.
