Took his time to trouble shoot. Found the problem and cleared out the issue. Epic save for Xmas weekend. After it was done, Travis went around to see if there were any other troublesome issues. Shared them but wasn't pushing to fix. Another plus. They could've charged and arm and a leg to have him come out. But it was reasonably priced and will be used again.

When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy".
