I had a few plumbing requirements in the new house for replacing Toilets and Valves and I used Yelp to find a plumber in the area and found Precise Home Improvement Services. Amin gave me a very reasonable price for installing 4 toilets and later I gave him additional jobs of replacing valves and installing water filter. He was responsive and quick and did a good job for all 3 things. After a while my Water Heater had a Thermopile issue and I called Amin again and he was able to come the next day and quickly resolve by replacing Thermopile and cleaning gas pipes. Amin was super competent, responsive and friendly. I phoned to get a quote and he gave me a reasonable quote for the labor based on what I needed done and I had added a couple of pictures. He came out early next morning, looked at the problem and was ready to get to work. I needed the main house shut off valve replaced plus a couple of pipes tapped. The city water meter valve was stuck open. I tried on numerous occasions to rotate with no avail. I even had another plumber try a few months ago when I had some warranty work done and that plumber could not move the valve. Anyways, Amin manage (albeit with some effort) to finally get the city water valve shut off otherwise the work could not proceed. When the other plumbing co was out I had mentioned about replacing the shut off value and he quoted me a price that was extremely high for a couple of hours of labor and limited parts cost. Precise Home gave me a fair price and had the work done in a couple of hours. No surprises. He even capped off a sewer drain which was not in the original plan. I certainly appreciate the efforts. They had a good knowledge of construction techniques and we're great to work with.
