Minus one star for size selection - they carry all 3 "regular" sizes (S/M/L) but she told me more than once that "they usually only send one in that size" and that people often ask for those sizes... so... order more? And minus one more star for price - there were no promotions or sales other than the weird colors from last season, and the products were overpriced compared to what you can get them for online. I liked the ability to try them on, but more than once I hinted I would purchase two more items if I could get a price break somewhere and it was essentially ignored. Their loss!

I have noticed that there are items that are also readily available in TJ Maxx or Marshalls (like RBX leggings), and even some H&M, which is a bit disappointing when the store claims to be "Fine Consignment."

Much of the merchandise looked like it was 4 to 10 years old mixed in with one or two small displays of new merchandise. The store was very crowded, and it was difficult to navigate the aisles. It was apparent that there wasn't enough staff to merchandise the displays appropriately. There seems to be a good selection of sizes, but nothing really looked like you couldn't live without it. I know there are supply chain issues, but Marshalls used to be my go to place for items that were marked down because it was just off-season. I do hope the buyers if they are experienced, will resume finding quality at a bargain price.

My daughter loves thrift shopping so when visiting New Haven she located this shop. The name alone…read morecaught my attention. When we entered was greeted by a very friendly female. The store was larger than it appeared from the entrance. It goes all the way to the back . I love how everything is sorted from sizes, to shoe area , to purses, jewelry. And a very nice size area with all antiques and nostalgic items. The prices were very reasonable. They even had a small fridge with bottled water for the customers.
