I have a video if you wanna listen to it! Asked them to fix my tires cause they kept going low. They "changed" the valve stands. And yeah, I'm still having the same problem and I told them that when I brought it back and still didn't fix the problem.. then charge me 1600 for brakes and rotors one wheel bearing one tie rod, a lightbulb and two valve stands.... I was out of work for multiple days. I had to bring my car back., because they couldn't do their job properly the first time, and then charge me for the caliper that they couldn't do right. places is a joke if you want to get ripped off, go there! They charged me for some of the dumbest things they will nickel and dime every cent they can get! I wish I could post pictures and videos! To show you!

I had repairs done a year ago when someone hit me, and he was thorough and did excellent work. This year, during a snowstorm, when a tree hit me (pesky trees jumping out and hitting our cars is a big problem in Central New York), I once again took it back knowing I'd have tremendous work done. I was not disappointed. Even a minor dent I put in the truck loading a hay bale was fixed (without me asking, or being charged) so that the truck looked like new. The cherry on top is the detailing they do to the inside of your vehicle - whether it was related to the damage done or not. It's like you're getting a brand new vehicle when you pull out of there. Mary Lou and the rest of the front counter staff are tremendously friendly, and keep you informed all along the way.
