I was told so many different things by various clinics -- some of which proved to be inaccurate -- and I felt like I was constantly spending money without ever getting real answers. So when I came to Animal Surgical Center of Michigan, I'll admit I brought that baggage with me. Throughout everything, Dr. Pearson and her team -- especially Sarah -- have been kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping my dog. We've done biopsies, bile acid testing, copper level screening, ultrasounds, and more. And while it's taken time, Dr. Pearson has figured out what others couldn't. She's been steady and thoughtful in her care, and it's clear she truly loves her patients. There was a moment recently where I left a 3-star review out of pure frustration and emotional exhaustion. But after having a heartfelt conversation with Dr. Pearson, I saw how deeply she cared -- not just about my pet, but also about her work and the people she serves. I cried that day. So house call it is. Dr Kurt was especially kind and took great care of them. He was informative and engaging and well likeable. My dogs, both who don't approach strangers easily took to him right away without issue. I would highly recommend Creekside if you need house-call service or are looking for a great new vet. I took Arthur into Dr. Reslers office (who brought him in the same day I called) and him and his staff were extremely concerned and did everything they could to help. They prescribed him medicine to help with the seizures instead of just "monitoring" him. Arthur has not had a seizure since then. I also have to mention that they all treated my baby extremely well and he loved them so much!

We recently had to put one of our beloved dogs to sleep and there is no better facility than Erwin's Vet Clinic to help with this transition. Dr. Joe and Barb are so compassionate and caring. As painful as losing a pet is, it was so much better being at a facility that genuinely feels your pain. The passing of my sweet Daisy was as peaceful as possible and I am so thankful for that. We brought our cat in for an infection and the vet misdiagnosed our 7 year old cat with diabetes…read morefrom a urinalysis, told us it would be $2,000 to regulate his blood sugar & $400 a week for insulin (it's not even that expensive for a human!) & we should just put him to sleep. He wouldn't give us the option of a second test to be sure even though he showed no other secondary symptoms - the only option was to put him down. We took the cat to a different vet that did a blood test and found that he had a UTI and NO diabetes. If we would have listened to Dr. Kline's advice, our cat would be dead right now for no reason whatsoever.
