We recently had to put one of our beloved dogs to sleep and there is no better facility than Erwin's Vet Clinic to help with this transition. Dr. Joe and Barb are so compassionate and caring. As painful as losing a pet is, it was so much better being at a facility that genuinely feels your pain. The passing of my sweet Daisy was as peaceful as possible and I am so thankful for that. He wouldn't give us the option of a second test to be sure even though he showed no other secondary symptoms - the only option was to put him down. We took the cat to a different vet that did a blood test and found that he had a UTI and NO diabetes. If we would have listened to Dr. Kline's advice, our cat would be dead right now for no reason whatsoever.

I did try introducing her to my dog so she would be less anxious and never with a smile and who is this, etc...She over & over asked how short I wanted her hair cut, I showed her a pic on my phone and said this is how I always have it done, she took my phone, walked away to the backroom, shut door and came back saying, "how short"...I kept saying close to this, (measuring by fingers" to show approx. how much she said how short in inches, so I measured with my hand and also told her I didn't want her undercoat touched or skin showing. I started telling her this is my 1st time, she repeatedly asked how short I wanted it cut. Went here Sat 3/5 was there for over 3 hours just for puppy 1st shot and health exam he came in…read morenever did an exam showed him dog had dandruff he says I'll look at this under a microscope left the room for quite awhile I was in a room which over looked parking lot there he was the vet working on dogs in the parking lot giving shots to 3 dogs in a truck came back in to the room told me to wash the pup in dawn dish soap gave him a shot left the room never looked the pup over never listened to his heart or looked at his ears check for hernias or teeth just the shot I doubt if he even looked at a microscope!! I was quoted $63 walked out paying $123.00 I sure got ripped off oh and the stethoscope never left the table never once did he pick them up!

Tested her 2 times ! I had a funny feeling in my gut that I needed an independent second opinion. This Vet at Aninal Medical Clinic calmly helped me and also performed 2 tests. Both here were negative ! I almost put my dog through huge doses of poison for no reason ! Needless to say I was horribly upset but at the same time estatic to find a Vet that is this level of trustworthy is unfortunately very hard to find. I will never go anywhere else !
