The build directions are a bit messy and need to be rethought and be much clearer. 2. It would be much easier to build if they had done clear careful YouTube videos explaining how to build the patio. 3. While all pieces arrived correctly, they are not labeled, and don't perfectly fit the description in the list they provide. This needs to be improved. Especially the piece labeling. 4. You are given only five days to report any missing or damaged pieces upon delivery. Given the mild complexity of the construction, this is too restrictive.

The customer service help when I was building it was really good. Always there when I called and never in a hurry. The actual kit I got was insulated patio cover( 14' x 36' ) which was about a 1/3 more than the non- insulated but you get what you pay for. Especially when able to walk on the roof and nicer finish. The only gripe I have is with the directions for install are very plain and basic and not always apply to the insulated cover, the company should have done a better job with that and If I had no prior mechanical and tool experience it would have set me back big time. They should have made a video on how to install it would have saved me time and mistakes I made along the way. Overall pretty happy with the finished product and family and friends like it too.

Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own.
