Bill is a true craftsman! I've had a wood gate that has needed rebuilding for the last 8 years…read more Pieces of the wood gate were rotting. Over the years, I've had other handymen pass on the project. I had a handyman who was able to fill the rotted areas with wood filler, sand it, and restain it. I've even had a gate company tell me that they could not save the gate; it would need to be completely replaced. Bill was able to cut out the rotted pieces of wood, replace them, and restain the whole gate (he also repainted the decorative hardware on the door as well). Moreover, he discussed the project with a buddy of his and they determined that the gate was sitting over a muddy part of landscaping which is probably what facilitated the deterioration of the wood. We found some leftover pavers in our storage shed and Bill extended the pavers so the gate would sit over pavers instead of mud. Before he embarked on the wood gate repair, Bill also installed a valance/shade over a window. He made the necessary calculations to ensure that the valance/shade would be centered on the wall and window. He also made sure that the valence was leveled. Bill is honest, meticulous and detail-oriented. If you want someone to treat your project and your home, like it's his own, I would give Bill a call.

It ended up taking 5 months and 3 weeks. The small delay was due to city permitting back-and-forth and weather, which all seemed understandable. The cost estimate was also quite accurate. We only went less-than-10% over, and generally due to things that we decided to upgrade partway through, or issues we discovered only after tearing open the walls. They also had a one year warranty on issues with the work, which they have honored with no hassle. Ultimately the company acts with integrity, and in this industry that's saying a lot.

Our house is 30 years old, like many houses in the area. We wanted to remodel all three of our bathrooms, and I didn't know where to start. I didn't want to hire a designer, so I started off by researching products at Home Depot, Floor & Decor, and the tile stores on College Blvd in Anaheim. After many trips, I was uninspired and still didn't know where to start. There are so many decisions to be made, so many colors, sizes, and considerations about which products will work well together. After seeing many different products (maybe too many) at those stores, I still hadn't come up with any satisfactory designs for my bathrooms. I then thought of Regina's store, where I had bought glass backsplash tiles for our kitchen a while ago. I went to see Regina, and Regina guided me through the whole design process step by step. She gave me exactly the right support to structure my decision-making and helped me come up with designs I loved. With her help, I didn't feel confused or overwhelmed anymore. I followed her advice and got the project moving forward. Now, all three of our bathrooms use products from Regina's store, all of which she helped me select. The tiles are a little more expensive than what you can get from Home Depot and Floor & Decor, but Regina has much better selections and much better quality products! Her prices are also very competitive compared with the other designer tile stores for the exact same products (I checked). Also, during the renovation process, there were times where I needed a couple extra pieces here and there. With one phone call, Regina would order and send the products to our house. Now that the whole project is finally done, everyone is very happy with how everything turned out. We have different color schemes for each bathroom, and the tiles for each bathroom fit so well. Many of our family and friends have asked to see the bathrooms and like the way they turned out! We really appreciate Regina's help. Thank you so much, Regina!

I said I was real, and he must not have have put my voicemail and my email together. Then he asked me again for my name and city so that he could put it together. At this point, it was getting ridiculous, but I complied, I was trying to help the guy out, and get off his list. Then he starts cussing at me. I blocked him. What a jerk. I'm telling you, I was never anything but kind and helpful to him, the only thing I did "wrong" was ask him for a custom quote (which he never gave me, because he clearly still had no idea what work I'd asked him to do - he only gave me his 3 hour minimum shtick) and later had the courtesy to tell him that I'd hired someone else. Instead of blowing him off. I was nice, and he is throwing four letter words at me. I would find someone else who is more trustworthy, reliable, knows the difference between a computer and a real person, and knows how to treat potential clients. How will he treat you inside your own home??

Ricky, the owner, over-ordered flooring and padding for my project, even though I provided accurate measurements. I ended up with four extra boxes of laminate and a full roll of padding. On May 16, 2025, I returned the extra product. At first, Ricky said returns were difficult and mentioned a 30% restocking fee. I then contacted the warehouse where the product came from, and they gave me a receipt confirming a 15% restocking fee. I sent Ricky the proof, and since then, I've reached out multiple times -- politely and patiently -- but he's ignored my messages and still hasn't refunded the credit he owes me. It's disappointing to be treated this way over a few hundred dollars, especially after being a loyal and trusting customer. I paid him upfront without hesitation, but unfortunately, he hasn't shown the same honesty in return.

We hired Chris and his workers to do a multitude of various tile work in our home. This included cleaning and sealing the sandstone tile and grout lines throughout our entire 3000 sq foot house. Not an easy task as it required coordination with other workers in our home as well as moving all the furniture in and out. We had done this about 5 years prior with a cost twice as much as Chris charged and with half the quality of what Chris and his crew did. Our floors look amazing and all the furniture was put back exactly as it had been. Chris and his crew also acid washed our kitchen backsplash tile, bathroom tile and hand cleaned all the grout lines. The best part - they did extras like fixing cracked grout behind our sinks and replacing silicon and a cracked floor tile, to complete the job and make it perfect. All this work was done efficiently, on time, on budget and with a smile. My house looked new and fresh when TRS was done. I highly recommend TRS tile for the fair pricing, the quality work, great attitude and professionalism. If you are not accustomed to having contractors work on your home, and you are apprehensive about the process ... these are your guys. Aside from the high quality of the end product, it was the process itself that we most appreciated. We had Paul and Chris tile our Master bathroom floor, and we expect to have them back to do more work on our home. We had a ton of question, and needed guidance along the way. They made this very easy for us, and again, the end product was great. Based on another review I saw, I feel compelled to add another small experience we had. During the job, one of the assistants to Paul (the primary person running the job) inadvertantly damaged one of the hinges on our cabinets. This could have been handled a number of ways, but was done so with the highest amount of intergity possible. Paul went out of his way to find me (since I wasn't there at the time) showed me what happened, and assured me it would be fixed properly. It was! I've worked with Danny and Joe Morgan for a couple of projects. These guys are a great team to work…read morewith, they make great efforts to get you what you want and at great value. They both work in stone and tile, however it seems that Danny is a little more on the tile side, and Joe handles the granite and other slabs. Danny is a people person - he has connections throughout the tile industry and pointed us towards people that could give us outstanding deals on tile. He also is an "idea man" he'll give you a bunch of options for what you can do - you just need to pick which one will work for you! Joe is very responsive, whenever we had an issue during our projects, (and there always are some - no matter what you do!) Joe immediately had someone take care them without hesitation - and that's really the best you can ask for in a contractor. There crews are clean and professional, always asking questions to make sure everything is ok. They showed up on time and on some occasions worked late to get the job done on schedule. Our first job was a bathroom our house and it included floor tile, shower tile, and glass and stone accent strips, backsplashes, and a bunch of limestone with fossils in it for the sink, shower and tub surround area. It was a high end work and turned out exactly as expected. Our second job was a complete remodel of one of our rentals - wood look tile flooring everywhere, slabs of quartz and granite in two bathrooms and the kitchen a couple of vanities and a desk area as well - also two full shower remodels - in this case we gave Danny and Joe the opportunity to find us materials that were great deals and let us check them out - they came through with fantastic options, digging up remnants and suppliers cancelled orders to get us a high end look on a "rental fix up' price. We have received many compliments on both jobs and are very happy with both - and it's been some time since these jobs were completed - their quality materials and installation have stood up to use! Next up - I'm working on a countertop/bar for my outdoor pizza oven/smoker area - Joe and Danny will be doing the counter tops. I have several more jobs on the someday list - a new kitchen at our house and whole other rental to renovate. So I guess the best recommendation is that I will continue to work with them for years to come!

He changed the center island from a…read more2-level to a 1-level, changed from tile countertop to a quartz, upgraded the kitchen wall with a backsplash we wanted. There was a lot of dust during the tear down of the old tile countertop. Good thing he enclosed the entire kitchen with zipwall to prevent dust from going to other areas of the house. I actually had our kitchen done by Joe 2 years ago and I'm only writing my review now. I wanted to see how well it was done and I honestly can say everything looks like it's still brand new. No problems whatsoever. My wife and I took months to find a contractor that have good reviews and very good price. We entertained 6 different contractors to come and look at our kitchen and gave us their lowest price. Joe got the job. I will definitely used Joe again and I highly recommend this guy.

Lorenzo was originally supposed to fix a loose tile on my shower curb, but the project quickly…read moreturned into something much larger. It turned out the curb had been built incorrectly, so he essentially had to rebuild it and correct a few other issues left by the original installer. Throughout the process, Lorenzo was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was always punctual and very transparent about pricing and where we were in the process. I really trusted the work he did and he went above and beyond. If I ever need any shower work done again, I would absolutely reach back out to him. He was great to work with.
