There have been several instances that I have reached out to have the work that your company did incorrectly fixed. Chris came out one time and said materials needed to be ordered. Daniel came out and began some of the repairs but since neither have returned emails, calls or texts. I did reach out to the flooring manufacturer about the materials having that floating feeling and they stated that the floor does not need the blue material under the floor. They thought that that might be creating air pockets. Either way, the floor needs to be repaired. The following still needs to be completed. 1. Smooth out the concrete under the LVP flooring 2. Reinstall the LVP flooring 3. Repair cracked baseboard 4. The step down corner railing needs to be removed and replaced 5. The bead railing under the kitchen cabinets is not secured to the cabinets 6. The electrical outlet in the living room needs to be installed as it was covered with flooring. 7. Paint under the bathroom vanity 8. Paint the wall in my bathroom that was cut through the shower wall 9. Sink drains are silver (temporary by Daniel) need to be replaced with black. 10. The baseboards do not meet the flooring in several areas 11. The bedroom door handle does not function after the reinstall. I would love for the work that I paid for to be corrected and all necessary repairs to be completed. read more

I hired TRS to clean and treat my home's tile floor and grout. Chris showed up on time with a crew of 2 that tackled the upstairs and downstairs at the same time. The tile is large, textured, highlights dirt and is hard to clean. I learned that the original owner never properly sealed the grout but that Chris and crew could take care of that. They fully cleaned, treated, repaired and sealed the grout - making it look brand new! The work was completed according to his time and cost estimate and my floors sparkled. I would have been happy to pay more than I was charged based on the quality of the work and the customer service alone. Chris completed another professional job for us once again. This one took a little longer with a few minor hiccups but the job was completed and looks really nice. He had to lay a laminate floor himself with the help of Daniel who is also professional and a very hard worker. They had to work an entire weekend to get the job done right. Chris did large baseboards throughout as well as Crown moulding, both turned out fabulous. Chris also completed a beautiful entire kitchen remodel which included taking out a wall and opening up a doorway. He extended an island and put in all new appliances, cabinets and counters, all look beautiful. Chris is a friend, and is one we can always trust to do what is right and make things right even if it requires going the extra mile, which he did on the flooring job. Chris came over and gave me a quote. He warned me he wouldn't be able to start the project for 1-2 months and I agreed to his timeline. His reviews on Yelp sounded good and I wasn't in a rush. I was given a two week window so I followed up with him a few days before and he confirmed "100% it'll be sometime this week. Let me get back to you once I figure out the schedule." It's been a month since that text and I still haven't heard from him after numerous calls, texts and emails. Working with Chris started out great. He was highly recommended by a tile store, he was responsive, followed up and offered to get better pricing. The first day on the job, I saw a different Chris. He had an attitude to me and was rude to one of my other contractors. I came home the second day to find a note prominently placed on my front door, visible to the street, telling me where I could walk, with all the windows of my house wide open. His lack of regard for anything but his tile work was and still is disturbing. I also received complaints from neighbors that he spent the day talking loudly on his phone using foul language. In the end, his work was average, but to bring it below average, I found grout lines he missed and others have found grout lines where some of the grout is missing. Only use Chris if you don't value your personal property. After he left, I found a pot he broke and threw in the garbage, as well as a broken decorative plate and gouges in the walls. He also disposed of his water at the end of the day in my rose planter, turning the soil into clay. Very disappointing. read more

Working with Chris was a very stress free renovation. He's very thorough and straightforward about his pricing and work. He was easy to contact and was always available to answer questions. He's also very considerate. He offered to help us pick out tiles for the design, offered us his contractor's discount when purchasing the tiles, and transported the tiles from the store to us. I was home during the entire renovation process with my 8month old baby, and he did his best to keep the noise to a minimum and cleaned up everyday. Chris called back, and we made an appointment. On the morning of the appointment Chris left a message stating that he had to cancel but to call him back as he could come out the next morning. When I first phoned to set up an estimate, they fit me at the end of that day. Other contractors could not schedule me unless I phoned again in a month or the estimate was in over a week away. Great that they are busy, but this is smarter. Early bird, etc. Paul, the working contractor, discussed the details at the estimate, and scheduled to come out later that week. He worked on a bathroom enclosure and repaired floor tile grout in the main living areas and hall. Chris is nice and tries very hard to please his customers for a reasonable price. While from afar, the tile job looks fine, up close there are definitely issues with how it looks. Some of this is in part because the materials we chose (glass tiles with paper backing) were not easy to work with, but also because issues arose mid-process with the layout of the tiles, which Chris' guys should've addressed or spoken with him about before just moving on. While I love the design (which I came up with) the job could've been better. While Chris offered to come back and redo things if I wasn't satisfied, its just is not worth my time. read more

I needed to replace my fiberglass bathtub replaced. We decided to go with a regular acrylic tub and install tiles. I have to say that Chris, Kenny and Brian were all very professional and respectful. Very, very pleased with them they were all very nice and easy to talk to. Chris was very helpful with helping me make decisions on what would be the best bathtub for me and what was the best type of tile to get. I was home when they worked on my bathroom and we worked together to make the layout decision.They made sure to cover and protect any of my carpet/floor or belongings that were on the path to the bathroom.
