I saw Clogbusters was recommended in a Pembroke Pines FB group. My call was answered promptly and we discussed the issue not just scheduled an appointment which I appreciated. I was given a two hour window starting an hour after I called. I was sent a text when they were within 30 minutes of arrival. They arrived 1.5 hours after my call. Luis offered to put on shoe covers. He confirmed this issue promptly and gave an estimate to start the work. He also was upfront on the call about pricing. He had a colleague join him and kept me informed the whole time. He did some extra work replacing a toilet handle and flapper at no extra charge. I was told how to maintain the line and a product would be delivered in the afternoon. I received the product promptly. I've lived in the area for 20 years and used other plumbing services. This is the only one I would use again. We had a pinhole leak in a corroded water pipe in the kitchen ceiling that became so bad we had to shut the water off. I called Clogbusters Plumbing and spoke to Melody that night and the next day Robert (co owner with his brother Luis) came out. He was exceptionally professional in every aspect and fixed the water leak in a very short time. He also installed a house water shutoff valve outside because my old one was not shutting off the water completely during emergencies. Last night I realized I had a backup in my kitchen garbage disposal. Tried to fix it myself but after it continued to leak, I knew I needed to call a plumber. I found Clogbusters on a few facebook pages as people recommended them. Called them about 8 PM last night and Luis was here before 8 AM. Great service, found the problem and fixed it right away. Then I showed him another problem I didn't think I had until he showed me my other disposal was totally rusted out. Replaced that too. Great Service and super fast! I would definitely recommend these guys. I had a problem with my AC drain line which I assumed to be clogged. The strange thing was that I could suck the water out with a vacuum, but nothing solid ever came out. I struggled with this for several weeks, pouring drain cleaner down the line and flushing it out. It would work for a few days and then back up again. They were able to diagnose the problem (it wasn't actually clogged) and offer a simple fix.
