Quick response , found leak right away , very clean and explained the whole problem to me. I was very satisfied with how courteous and polite Chris was. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Wiping the floor and surface area he dirtied from the work. Also gave me a business card and told me he wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied and to call with any concerns or problems. Gave me peace of mind having service like that. I had a backed up toilet at 4:30 in th afternoon, I called 4 or 5 plumbers and all told me it was to late for service today. I found Jackson's Plumbers on your site, and he was more than happy to come out and help. When Chris arrived I explained the problem and he got right to work. In less than 30 minutes the problem was solved, I have had other plumbers come out and do (snake work) at my house, this was by far the cheapest I've ever been charged. AWESOME COMPANY!!! Had a leak under our floor coming up from under our tile in classroom. We called Jackson Plumbing and Chris showed up 20 mins later. He got right to work. He located the source of the leak within the first hr and didn't stop for the next 9 hrs. Very impressive!! He dug a tunnel 12 ft long under our slab, cut out bad pipe and replaced.
