We had such a great experience with the company, I wanted to write a detailed review so please forgive the length. TLDR: Closet & Storage Concepts designed and installed our master closet and a built-in in our Great Room. Both projects far exceeded our expectations of price and quality, and we are thrilled with how they both turned out. I highly recommend their services! DESIGN I worked with Chad (co-owner) on the design of both projects. Chad came to our home in Queen Creek to take measurements and talk to us about what we were looking for and what our budget was. He walked us through several design options based on both factors, and led us through multiple revisions until we got the designs exactly how we wanted them. The final design of the closet is absolutely stunning and makes the absolute best use of a long, narrow, oddly shaped space. PRICE I received quotes from several other closet and cabinet designers, and none compared with Closet & Storage Concepts in terms of quality for the price. The materials are beautifully finished and have stood up well over the past 1.5 years since we had them installed. INSTALLATION and CUSTOMER SERVICE The initial installations were in August 2020, and both went well. The crew was on time, worked efficiently to install the projects, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day and when install was complete. The drawer fronts for one of the dressers in the closet were the wrong style, but Laurie got the right ones re-ordered and sent an installer back very quickly to complete the project. Communication between sale and installation was excellent; Laurie is a pro. Recently, we broke one of the shelves (hot tip: don't jump on them!). When I reached out to have it fixed over the holidays, Laurie responded right away, confirmed the fix needed, and had an installer here the next business day. I was absolutely floored at the level of service provided to a previous customer who didn't have a big ticket purchase. FANTASTIC customer service! I worked with Laurie as my sales person. Lauri the owner was also in communication and involved. This was the first time I've purchased a custom closet. They are not cheap!!! My closet was about $12,000 all together which is a big investment for me. For this price I expected top notch results, communication, customer service, follow through. That's exactly what I received. This was very apparent when I went to get 2 other estimates after receiving my Closet and Storage Concepts estimate first. Both the other companies were terrible at all the aforementioned items. We had this company redo our master closet in 2016. Recently another company, in the process of giving us a bid for some other work, destroyed one section of the closet. I contacted Closet and Storage Concepts and within a few hours they agreed to come and do the repairs. The other company was going to pay for the work. This company is absolutely the best--they even added some additional shelves and no cost to be added to work order. The material they used is made in USA.. What a HACKJOB! My husbands first reaction...."Their not done yet RIGHT?" "WHO DOES WORK LIKE THIS" Brand new home. Master Closet was totally removed and replaced with Closet Concepts. They are to do drywall repairs and I am to paint. Drywall repairs done with his FINGERS. I asked the installers if that was how they were going to finish the job half way through the job and his reply was "YES" I told him that his job was a total HACK job and I wasn't happy. He continued with the install. Best part is when one of the installers told me how "AMAZING" my new house looked. My reply was "EVERYTHING BUT THE MASTER CLOSET"! It was beyond clear that I was not happy. At this point, I just wanted them out of my house. I called the owner Chad and expressed my disappointment and sent pictures of the drywall repairs. My husband was so mad that he did not want them back in our home. We redid all the drywall repairs and painted. End result, it looks good but NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. It took 1-1/2 months after install to get my jewelry tray insert. Extremely disappointing and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them. read more

I could not be happier with my experience with Closet & Storage Concepts. Chad came over to look at my master closet and he came up with a design that would work beautifully. I met him about a week later to go over the design, the various options, and the details on pricing. When I said I wanted to lower the price by a few hundred dollars, Chad was more than willing to make small changes that brought the cost down. I signed a contract that day and installation took place this morning. It looks so good!! I have already hung up most of our clothes but have some more to do, and I could not be happier with the finished closet. Chad came to my house and we discussed what I was looking to accomplish and he offered suggestions and followed up with a digital photo of how it would look along with the bid. A small project, but the best remodeling experience we've ever had! Chad created the perfect master bedroom closet for us -- what a difference this has made in our lives! He found space that we never knew we had. Now everything is in its place, easy to find and put away after use. During the process, we met with Chad in the showroom to review a CAD version of the design that he had done. What a help! We were able to thoroughly visualize the plan 3D on screen and make a few changes. Laurie did a great job scheduling and running the project. Just bought a new house and my friend referred me to this company. I called the company and spoke with Laurie and explained I was referred by my friend who had a great experience. Laurie set me up with Chad who was the same person who worked on my friends project. I met Chad at the house when it was just in drywall stage and measured multiple areas I wanted cabinets, shelves and drawers installed. Chad took multiple things into consideration including the height of my husband and his shoe size. After drafting ideas I met Chad at the showroom where we reviewed his ideas, made some changes and picked out colors etc. A few weeks later we decided to do cabinets and a workbench in the garage. Chad always returned my calls or texts as soon as he could. He provided ideas I didn't think of and was open to my suggestions. The project was done on schedule. The installers did a phenomenal job. They are skilled at what they do and were personable, which was really nice considering how much time they spent at my house! Laurie scheduled the installs and worked around my schedule. The whole experience was wonderful. It was one of the only things that went smoothly during the whole new house project. Stop right here and call! Stop shopping around all those other closet companies. This is a local Arizona business and I cannot say enough. We needed only 1 closet done, the master and when Chad came for the initial meet and greet, he basically put the entire design together after taking all measurements of the closet and measured the length of our clothes as well as how many pairs of shoes we each had! Less than 45 minutes we were presented with a design, cost, estimate of when job would begin. Crazy, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Chad suggested stopping by the showroom to see the product up close and personal as well as pick out our drawer pulls where we met Laurie who couldn't have been nicer and knowledgeable about the product! There was not a moment where we felt pushed into doing anything, it was left up to us for a decision, whereas with 1 day we called and started the process. We were told about 6 weeks out and 6 weeks they were here and installing. We had some questions along the way and between Chad and Laurie all were answered to our satisfaction. We chose to gut the closet ourselves so my husband could patch and paint, but they will do that as well on the day of installation. The attention to detail is amazing down to the clean up which they brought their own vacuum, fan, they wiped every surface clean and left no debris whatsoever. The finished closet is PERFECT, had one little problem of not having enough long hanging space and mentioned it to Laurie, her son Sean was here within 24 hours to re-do.
