Mark, Johnathan and team are amazing! A few years ago, I hired them to redo the flooring in my kitchen to the beautiful Gaia America Cherry LVP. This year, I wanted to replace the carpet throughout the house with the same. After getting several bids, it was clear that CCH was the best price BY FAR. They even worked with me and the manufacturer to get extra discounts since I would need to redo the kitchen as well to match the latest LVP version. They finished the job (~1900 sqft) in just about 4 days and they even helped move many items including disassembling my master bed, at no additional cost! The team is super respectful, and the attention to detail (while not perfect) far exceeds what I would expect given their competitive price point. I am also really impressed with Mark's responsiveness over text, providing updates and responding to concerns - including after hours! His and his team's level of customer service, again, is really top tier. For example, when his team accidentally broke a couple of ethernet cables, he offered to deduct the cost from the bill right away. And at the end of the job, he encouraged me to compile a punch list of any issues that needed to be addressed in a return visit, which should happen very soon. Despite pretty much all of the work being finished - he has not asked for the 2nd half follow up payment yet - not until they complete the punch list at the followup visit. Really commendable company! I also love the music the install team plays during their work (they are also willing to turn it off if the customer needs it quite). So I was thrilled that they were willing to send me the youtube play list. Happy to recommend this company for your next flooring needs! She was attentive to our needs and documented some details that we wanted to be sure would be addressed-for example, a couple of uneven places in our floor which her crew leveled before laying the carpet. The carpet looks and feels great and was well-fitted in our rooms and hallways. The crew was prompt, efficient and friendly. I found Mark when I looked for flooring contractors on Yelp. Mark is very acknowledgeable and highly responsive, he helped me schedule the measurement appointment right away and came earlier than me. The quote looks very fair and competitive. The most important thing is that while other contractors offered me the price with 550-600 sqft measurement, only Mark honestly measured the three bedroom as 450 sqft which was same with my own measurement. I heard about this business from a friend. We contacted Mark Cabrera. He was the nicest guy to deal with since that initial call to the end of the job. He was extremely professional. Offered options for a spot in the calendar for a free estimate, very convenient. He showed up for the measurements with an assistant and did a very accurate estimate of the floor area. He drew a sketch of the different areas, to give me an idea of where these numbers were coming from. He also brought samples of carpets they had available in stock. He was very honest and helpful.
