Not sure of the value in scheduling an appointment though. They did not offer any tires selection options. One of the new tires went flat shortly after returning home. They acknowledged their shops error. They did not tighten the valve stem. Had to bring it back and wait again. Didn't offer anything to make up for the inconvenience THEY caused. I've used them for many tire repair/replacements over the past 30 years. Something sure has changed. Will have to find another tire shop that prioritizes customer service like they once did.

I needed to get an oil change and the prices are decent here while the service is pretty good so I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. They were honest with me regarding what they found and gave me a decent price without tryin to run me up which I appreciated. Overall, they did a great job with my car and they didn't try to push unnecessary work to be done on my car. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend everyone else to as well. Came in today to get 2 tires replaced. The wait time was good considering I only waited about 30…read moremins. Later I find out why the wait time is what it is, they do crappy work. I should of known better. When i got home they mounted one of the tires over a sticker. Clear as day you can see the sticker just hanging there between the rim and tire. When i took it back i was greeted like I was a karen who has high standards. Like there's a sticker stuck between the tire and rim. I told the guy it might leak, he kept saying it wont leak. Im not saving its leaking im saying it might leak at the very least thats shitty work. I see all the employees gathering around shaking their head like im unreasonable. Bringing my car back cause they mounted my rim over a tire that might leak and would make it unsafe unreasonable? No apologies for the inconvenience either. They just tried to make it seem like I was just being to picky. Also i would like to mention the sticker wasnt on the tire when I brought it (I brought my own tires) the sticker came from the shop. They also wanted me to pay to redo the tire. Does that make any sense. They didnt install my tire correctly the 1st time, I had to waste time coming back up there, was greeted unprofessionally when their the one that messed up, never got an apology, now I have to pay to redo it? Not sure how they run this business but this is unacceptable and I use to work in the car industry. I would of never written this review if they would of just fix the issue at hand without the attitude. I understand mistakes happens but its how you deal with it thats gets you repeat customers.
