Went for an oil change for my car, and was delighted by the friendliness and fast service. They didn't have the oil filter for my vehicle, so they went out and got it instead of refusing service. Oil change took less than 20mins without the wait for the oil filter. Will was the person that helped me out, and he walked me through the process; going to buy the oil filter, etc. The price was a bit expensive for full synthetic oil and service, but was worth it with the excellent customer service. read more

Lack of "give a shit" and no management or regional/corporate people checking up and putting some mandates in order other than.. "make sure you 'up sell' the $59. oil clean up system" - WHAT? Yep, a 5 minute douche, $59. and a Cabin filter $39. on top of the synthetic oil change of $60 for an SUV.. let's see.. pushing $160.. but wait.. there's a coupon.. $10. off.. Thanks.. But, there's popcorn.. yeah, mix that in with the stale coffee and the greasy car filth... I'm done. Looking for a new place now, for car #2.. Hey corporate. Are you reading this?? If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I was charged about $109.63 for a synthetic oil change. First off, that's $20 more than I normally pay at the Chevrolet car dealership. Second, the guy put my cars old dirty filter back into my car. For starters, why would you remove a part if you don't have a replacement? Makes no sense. He told me that he didn't have a replacement filter in the middle of the oil change. Then suggested that I go buy one and he'll then put it in. Sorry, but last I checked, a new filter is part of the oil change that I'm paying you for. I found this shop on Yelp; it was close to work and had good reviews so I tried it. I called earlier that morning and they could fit me in for an oil change during my lunch break. When I got there, they automatically started working on my car (you can watch them from the little lobby, which has free drinks and popcorn by the way). They had a timer shown on a TV screen with a countdown from 20 minutes to have the service finished by, which definitely let me know that I would be back to work in no time. They managed to finish my oil change, other checks, and recommend and switch an air filter in under 10 minutes. Lots of communication between each other and me and lots of available coupons! It made it the quickest I've ever been to an auto shop. They'll also fill tires and top off windshield wiper fluid for free, you just have to stop in. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I completely agree with that statement because of the time that I waited to have this done.
