The workers were very friendly and I appreciate that they try to get you in and out in a timely manner. It wasn't too crowded when I went so my oil change took maybe twenty minutes. I hate having to wait around so this was great. They do point out other things they found when they do an inspection but you don't have to get them done right then and there. Completely unprofessional .... After I had to stop them from performing the wrong service...manger suggested that one of the workers might have to get the shotgun . There was also a customer whose jeep was leaking oil after they performed oil change. Jeep dealer told customer that oil filter had been over tightened. read more

After frequenting Jiffy lube with the same car for many years. Today my business was turned away. He ask what am I there for, I say an oil change. He replies synthetic. I reply no regular. He then says no he wouldn't do it if I didn't get synthetic. He did not ask the make or model of my car. I then tell him I've been here several times for this service. He says he will only do synthetic. So I leave. I have never been treated like this from a jiffy lube employee and will never be back. Update: I will not be amending or talking with the "business owner" about this. Their employee treated me exactly how he felt was right. I never stepped foot inside the establishment this was a less that 60 second interaction. Outside in the rain as I stepped out of my vehicle. A description is a lighter skin caucasian male with red/orange hair about 6'1-6'3 in height, on the heavier side. To start they never do the right service on the vehicle.They use the cheapest products out of anyone... Period.... Nobody in the building Seems like they know what is going on......Half of the guys in the building use it as a dating service to get females phone numbers..... The "manager" Chris Taylor had the strongest smell of alcohol coming off of him like he had just left the bar, while walking around the shop complaining that he does so much, but has literally done nothing but walk around the entire day..... I mean this guy has "Fuck Life" on this knuckles along with other unprofessional tattoos as a "STORE" manager I would carry myself a bit better... Although everyone talks about being professional, this place is the farthest from it.... I was an employee for a week for this Place. So I have a little bit of inside knowledge as to how the business really is, the owner, Jimmy great dude but he has an alcoholic, egotistical manager at the realm of his business and it's not helping him at all he's gonna lose a lot of good employees and customers..... ask the many people I dealt with Friday 3/21/25 while I was teaching myself how to use the computer and check people out on the go.... I can't tell you in the past week how many people have come up to me and made remarks about the smell of alcohol on the manager or the way he acts around the shop.... The only reason I'm making a review here is because I tried calling the owner of the business to discuss these things with him and it was like it was some type of joke... They did not put all the screws back into the cover on the bottom of the car I get home and find it hanging off. Go back with my father and tell them but got home after that and found they only replaced one of the screws I am still missing two!! They don't do good work here do not use this place. read more

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I came in needing to see what was going on with my vehicle and an employee named Josh helped me out he was willing to work with me and very very kind. He even help me to my dad about what needed to be done to the car and what supposed to happen to it. They're willing to work with you even if you're struggling. I have never had service like this. He made sure I know what was needed for the car according to service tables used by actual dealerships, and he made sure I know everything that needed to be done for the car. My sister got an oil change here b4 driving to Denver 1/2 way there her car was leaking oil. Turns out her oil cap was either never put back on or not put on correctly. I prior to knowing this got my oil changed there then about 500 miles later my oil light came on. Not wanting to go back there I took it to an Infinity dealer, they said the oil and filter had not been changed in at least 3k miles, can you believe these people! read more

Took my car in today for an oil change. When I drove my car out, it was making a scraping noise (the first time my car had ever made such a noise). I took it back, they checked it and said it was fine. But the scraping persisted. So I brought it back again. They are now telling me that I have a transaxle leak and that I need to take it to the dealer. They are claiming that it has nothing to do with them. Here's the way I see it - the 1 year old car is in perfect running condition when I take it in to the Jiffy Lube, but when I take it out it has problems; you do the math. Stay away from this Jiffy Lube: either they are incompetent, or they are liars, or there has been a coincidence of remarkable proportions. read more

Take my car here for air condition service - charge $29.99 to check if there is any leaks. After the check up they said there was no leaks,they proceeded to put the freon. After that, they have me get in the car to check the air flow, everyting was fine. After, a few days, not ever a week after, the air condition stop working. Took the car back, cannot do anything co'z the head mechanic is not there, told to come back the next day. Came back, Monday, did not ever look at my car & they said they cannot do anything with it. Was charge $102.00 for a very poor work - Will NEVER COME BACK to this place will not guarantee the work, which they check as they said, WASTED MONEY. Will never ever come back. So, watch out when they do work on your car. POOR POOR SERVICE. This review should have been NO STAR at all. read more
