Their custom "voodoo sauce" is overly sweet and the sandwich would have been better served by a standard remoulade or even just mayo. Her father purchased the restaurant in 1990, and after his passing in 2024, she proudly took over the family business. Watching her interact with every guest, it was clear she genuinely loves what she does. She was a ray of sunshine to everyone who walked through the door.
