I may be in the minority here but this is the truth. John & his partner were extremely hard to schedule as they kept not showing up. They restored and relocated my pool table. About 2 months after they were finished the felt started to wrinkle. My husband and I called him back and first he said "sure, that happens and I'll stop back to fix it" and never did. Then the phone calls we made kept being answered by "you have the wrong number" this was April 2021. They never came back or answered any messages. And they're fully paid. not a happy customer read more

Excellent service. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Billiards. I called John on Wednesday and asked if he could set up my pool table. He came by three days later on Saturday! I I was so surprised at how quickly he was able to fit me in his schedule! John was very knowledgable, friendly , polite and efficient. He set up my pool table in a couple of hours. My husband and I hired Cloud 9 Billiards to transport an antique pool table from NY and to change the felt in it. I have to say, the guys who came were very nice and friendly, but the lack of experience and care has cost us thousands in damage to a beautiful piece of history. I think every person has to know their limit in their job and Cloud 9 apparently don't know theirs. The table was not put together correctly (turns out 2 washers were left between one of the legs). We noticed it rocking significantly a few days after it was put together in our home. We also noticed the space between one of the legs and the leg not being seated all the way, as we later found out, because of the washers. We contacted cloud 9 to come and fix the issue but they did not agree for come out for over 2 months. The actually made an an appointment to one once and just didn't show up. It took many calls and texts to finally get them to schedule another time to come. (Horrible customer service). During that time, the table started cracking and the wood inlay caving in & cracking away (probably from uneven pressure just like a wood tree's bark would if a lot pressure would be placed on top of that tree). At that point we did not want Cloud 9 to touch the table and had a pool table antique restoration specialist come out to take a look and take it apart for us. We were given a quote of $20,000 to restore the beautiful table that was in almost perfect condition before Cloud 9 touched it. The pool table guy that we used to take it apart (with far more experience and credibility) actually told us that in a few months the table would not be standing if left as is. That was VERY SCARY to hear since we have a 1.5 year old and a dog that could have been playing in/ under or around the table. It was also noticed that pieces of old felt were left behind after Cloud 9 changed the felt and unnecessarily giant staples were used to secure the new felt, which was not even as tight as it should have been in some places! We contacted Cloud 9 and asked them for a refund for their work, a request which they ignored. I really think that's would be THE LEAST they could do, after ruining a gorgeous table that now looks like a piece of garbage. read more

This is the first pool table that I have ever purchased. I scoured ads for a good deal and found Cloud 9. I ended up purchasing a wonderful table that was delivered to my home on Vermont along with all of the equipment I needed to play. I was able to pick the felt color I wanted. The table was professionally transported, assembled and leveled on a natural slate floor. All of my transaction was done in a timely and professional manner. When you agree to exchange your hard earned money for a product or service..... you can only hope the other party comes through... Cloud 9 does not disappoint . Thank you guys . read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I've been left with a very sour experience. We had our fusion pool table installed by cloud 9 Billiards. The guys were all super friendly and perfectly nice. Unfortunately for us though, they had next to no experience putting together this kind of transition pool to dining table. After three visits, the table is still unusable. On their final visit I'd asked the guys to wait for me to see the table before they left. But they were packed up and in their truck by the time I got back downstairs. They were three hours late on one occasion and an hour and a half late on another. I ultimately found them unprofessional and disappointingly incompetent. We're now in a position of having to wait for our sellers to come from NYC to complete the installation of the table. We've since learnt that they were missing a part for the table and perhaps left thinking we wouldn't notice that the table literally bounces at dining height. Very sad to say that I wouldn't let these guys anywhere near a fusion table! Update: The business owner has since responded to my review below and presented new information, which again, I'm surprised by. He confessed multiple times (while looking at the instillation instructions as if putting together an ikea piece of furniture) that he hadn't installed a fusion table in over a year and that he'd only done a couple in the past. I wish he'd simply refused the job! But suddenly he boasts of 17yrs of experience. Very disappointed by his response and the Waac he's dealt with this situation. After being late multiple times and leaving without installing the table correctly there is no wonder we didn't want to let you back into our home! read more

I hired John and his team to disassemble my table and store it until my home was complete. At that point everything was fine. They delivered the table but did not put it together since the basement floor was not installed yet. John promised me and in writing to return at no charge to put the table together. When it came time to return to put the table together it was one phone call after another and numerous texts to get in touch with him. He made promises to come and never showed. Very disappointed. I paid him up front in good faith, my mistake. This has been going on for months. I gave up. Do not use them You will regret it. I now have to hire someone to install the table at additional costs to me. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!! This company was wonderful the first time we used them to move and reassemble our pool table. However, with our second move, I cannot say the same thing. They did pickup our pool table and stored it, but when it came to delivery, it took many calls and no shows. They finally delivered it but our felt was missing. They were supposed to come back the following week to felt and complete assembly but never showed, never called. My husband and I left many phone messages and text messages but still no response. Is this company still in business? If so, customer service is unprofessional. No idea how to reach them to complete the job. read more

Cloud 9 was scheduled to move our pool table from Windsor to Enfield CT. He had to reschedule 4 times and two of the 4 times he cancelled within an hour of the set time. He was also a no call/no shown for two of the 4 times. I would call and text with no answer. Excuse after excuse we finally went with another pool table moving company. Save you time, money and headaches and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I do not normally post feedback but felt compelled to do so in this instance. We hired Cloud 9 Billiards to move a pool table to our home from another location. We discussed payment and schedule up front as well as choice of felt color. We selected the navy blue from the color chart they provided and we had numerous communications regarding that. We checked reviews and saw that there was good feedback. Upon setting up the pool table, the wrong color felt (electric blue) was brought and they installed the wrong color felt and said that they would change it to the correct color (navy blue). They were paid in full (cash) at time of service. This was June 28, 2017. It is now October 26, 2017 and it is clear they never had any intention of doing the right thing and replacing the felt with the correct color we ordered. Initially, they scheduled at least three appointments with us to change felt and never showed up or called (total inconvenience to take time off from work for no shows). When we reached out to them each time they didn't show up, they gave varying excuses: UPS hadn't shown up with the right felt color yet "today", family member in hospital, going to a wake, etc., etc., any excuse they could make. I say this because after all of this I see they were outright lying time and time again and never had any intention of remedying the situation despite making the appointments with us that they did not intend to show up for. I have made at least ten phone calls, left voice mail messages, and texted and no one responds, never a phone call returned. As a matter of fact, twice I have called and someone answers and hangs up. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this company. Very poor business, poor customer service, no communications, and very unreliable, on top of outright liars and misrepresenting themselves. read more
