They are crispy on the outside and not over cooked on the inside. The sauce they are served with compliments the spice of the Brussels. Parking is tight, so I suggest parking on Waterman Avenue and walking around to the back of the restaurant, where the trailer is located. I went with a simple cheese pizza and a pepperoni, pepper, and olive pie, both of which were excellent. Both were cooked perfectly, crisp but not burnt.
