Exterior is as clean and shiny and smooth as you would expect from a good detailing job. The Interior is nice and new car clean also as you would expect. Supposedly the sealant is ultra high quality, haven't had it long enough to say, but it does feel very smooth. I signed up to have them buff the car as well to alleviate some small scratches as much as possible - that looks great with only the deepest of one scratch left still visible. Now here is the part that totally surprised me - holy cow, my engine looks like it's fresh from the dealer! All the plastic parts, hoses, clamps, etc... all very clean and shiny inside the engine bay! I will totally use these guys again for a yearly car deep clean. Stay away from this business. I scheduled an RV wash and wax for today May 1, 2025 at 1 pm. They sent an email on April 30, 2025 at 7:01 pm that my appointment time was changed to 8:00 am on May 1, 2025. Did not see the email till morning of May 1, 2025. No phone call no notice at all. I was at work away fromm the detail site. Staff member showed up and said he was there ready to work. I asked what happened? He didn't know but that he would have the manager (JJ?) call me right away. No call, I left several messages no call. I just want my money back and move on to someone else. Made an appointment for detailing. About $250.00. Received reminder emails and had to e-sign an agreement that I would pay and agree with their terms and conditions. Yada yada yada.. Well, after all that jumping through hoops: they never showed, never called, never emailed, never messaged me. I attempted to call them and got a message that they don't take calls and you are not able to leave a message. Attempted to use the CONTACT option on their website but that also did not function properly. I tried using two different browsers to see if I could get it working. I used this company a couple years ago and had a great experience when they detailed our suburban. Based on my previous good experience I booked an appointment for early June. I didn't notice the part on the confirmation email where I had to enter my credit card for a deposit so they rescheduled the appointment. That's fine, it was my fault, though I wish they were more clear when setting up the appointment that I needed to look for that request. Two days before our appointment I get a reminder email for my up coming cleaning. It was scheduled for June 18th. The next day I receive an email saying it was rescheduled for July 20. OVER A MONTH AFTER OUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. I tried to look for an appointment sooner, but there wasn't one. Ok, fine we will deal with this annoyance. This Monday, July 18th, I get the appointment confirmation email again. And expect that it is happening on July 20th. I had rearranged our family schedule for this random appointment day they chose. This morning July 20th at 6:30 AM I get an email saying my appointment has once again been rescheduled and it is happening tomorrow July 21st. No call from the company or explanation. I called them and got voicemail. To top it all off, Cloud9Detail cancelled my mobile car cleaning appointment via generic email. No explanation. No apology. No call. No text. They are unprofessional and will not communicate. I would not recommend the company to anybody. read more

Would agree with other negative reviewers here. If you pay a deposit for the service but then you are credited less than that on the final invoice and you bring it up with the company and the manager says "it has been applied to your bill minus tax" and you ask him to explain and he does not -- how would that make you feel? That was my experience. When is a deposit for anything taxed? Have not ever come across this practice with any other business. It's not the nickel and diming on the back end for a couple extra dollars. When you pay 100s of dollars for a service, what's a couple extra dollars? Whether I pay 230 for a service or 250 for a service is immaterial. It seems that they try to offer the best sticker price and are trying to make up for it with fees on the backend. It's a matter of transparency and setting and meeting expectations, but the management doesn't see things that way. If you tell me that the service costs 250, I'm happy to pay 250. If you tell me that the service costs me 230, I'm not happy to pay 250. Simple as that. I provided feedback that from the customer's perspective, billing and fees didn't appear to be upfront (i.e. any mention of credit card fees comes after you pay the deposit - mentioned that it's reasonable that this should be mentioned somewhere upfront and in an obvious nature given that most transactions with other companies don't tack on CC fees) and they decided that was enough to cancel a future appointment and say that they didn't want their business. The tone of my email was constructive and objective, tone of response email felt hostile. It is absolutely the company's right to take business from who they want, but it just didn't give me the impression that they are a customer friendly company. I've always felt constructive customer feedback was something to be grateful for but I don't get the sense they feel similarly. Maybe they have so much business that they can afford to not give much merit to these things. The service itself is sufficient. I purchased the double shampoo option. The before and after was not as dramatic as the website pictures, but the tech was nice, courteous, and hardworking. Maybe just a misunderstanding but enough for me to avoid and warn others to avoid. read more

So I've been looking for a really good detailing service for some time. And I'm happy to say that I've finally found one. My Silverado was covered in mud inside and out from a recent trip St. George. Upon returning home and finding myself tired an lazy I wanted someone else to detail my car, have a fair price and do a good job. Good luck right? Cloud 9 came to my rescue and more. The inside of my truck with was caked with red "St. George" mud is now spotless inside and out. I couldn't be happier. My wife's tahoe is next. Possible scam. Certainly dishonest and unreliable. Booked an appointment. Paid a deposit. They confirmed and sent reminders up until 1 hr before. They didn't show up, didn't call (or email or text). I called them, no answer. Called later left a message, no response. I checked the address I booked with, exactly correct. 9:43 pm I get a bill for a $100 no show fee! Seems like a scam. read more

This company is a joke. Our first appointment was rescheduled without our approval-we just received an email stating that it was moved to a new day which did not work for us. We called the company multiple times and finally got an email stating that the technician was involved in an accident which was why the appointment was rescheduled. We rescheduled for the day after we returned from a 2 week road trip. We received multiple email reminders up until the time of the appointment. Fifteen minutes after the appointment was scheduled we received a phone call letting us know that the detail technician that was scheduled for our appointment was having car trouble and since they didn't know what was wrong with his car we would need to reschedule yet again. We did not reschedule and they said they would refund our deposit. I am hoping they come through on that promise but I am not confident. read more

Saw someone advertising for this company on Facebook. My main draw to them was they are a mobile detailer. As I looked into other places I realized these guys are less than half the price of others in the area. I was a little nervous about how loud the vacuuming might be as my toddler was napping right inside the window but I never heard a sound! He arrived on time and finished within the given time slot. My car looks amazing inside!! (I only paid for an interior detail). I don't think it's ever been this clean! Very pleased with the service and price. Will continue to use. read more

This business is ridiculous and I would never suggest anyone use them. We booked online for a detail service for my car and it asked for a downpayment. The day came for my appointment and I called and left a message that we would be 15 minutes late. The technician called me and said that was fine and he was at the house. We got home talk to the technician about what we wanted done he said no problem but may have to cut out a few things due to time because he was starting late which was totally fine. My appointment was 3-3 1/2 hours long for him to detail my car. He was able to start about 30 minutes late. He was talking to his boss off and on throughout our conversation and he says "My boss wants me to reschedule because he has things to do tonight and wants to go home" long story short I agreed to reschedule for a few days later. They charged me a $75.00 cancellation fee when I didnt cancel anything his boss did. And then the technician never showed up to our rescheduled appointment. I have called many times and nobody ever answers the phone, left many messages and have gone online to their website and requested a call back. I have never heard anything back from this company and they have charged me over $100 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT use this company. read more

My Granddaughter bought a car that was never properly detailed before purchase. We took it back two times but it looked like they just vacuumed and called it good. I called Cloud 9 and for my granddaughters birthday I gave her an interior detailing for her car. I have never seen such meticulous work. Every nook and crevice is spotless and the leather seats look brand new. She was so excited.... Now her car looks and smells as if it was just newly purchased! What an Awesome Job! I found this mobile motor home washing waxing business close to me on line. I spoke to person on live chat. He answered questions about service. We scheduled a convenient appointment. The price was $357 I followed link to pay the required deposit. This had to be done within 30 minutes to secure the appointment. The deposit plus tax was $27.09 was paid. I looked forward to the service. On 6/30 I got email stating they were waiting for my deposit. They wanted credit card number again. I informed person this had been paid. I wasn't about to give credit card number again. After ensuing argument I cancelled appointment. I will lose deposit but it will be lesson learned. read more

First of all I work in Alaska my RV is based in Utah (winter home) so I browse the internet and find cloud 9 detailing their reviews are good I want to book an appointment well no person to speak with just a website you get done with the appointment booking then they want you to pay a booking fee which is part of you bill I suppose I will not pay without speaking to someone I didn't trust it and call to verify not a scam no answer leave a message about ten minutes later I get a phone call from someone assuring me it's not a scam so I pay the booking fee and set up my appointment 2 weeks out. The day of my appointment finally arrived and I'm excited that my $85,000 dollar RV is going to get a wax job and be ready for the winter my wife meets their technician do their pre inspection and both agree the RV is in perfect condition so my wife signs the pre inspection paperwork and leaves the guy to do his job minutes later she gets a knock on the door and the guy tells her we have a problem he has broken a window my wife goes out and takes photos of the mess he has created. He started to power wash the RV there is soap all over the area he has sprayed wand on the ground right underneath the broken window dry brush with a extension pole leaning against the house next to the RV.....she is not really sure how to handle this so she calls me and I speak with the tech which tells me he was scrubbing the area when the window breaks and his supervisor was reviewing the picture he sent and asks me if there was a bullet hole in the window I told him no. (By the way this window is tempered glass so any attempt of shooting or modifying would has shattered this window) I ask him if they are insured and bonded he says yes and will call me back after he speaks with his supervisor. A few minutes later he calls and his attitude has changed and is trying to blame this on the window I am very disappointed at this and tell him to have his boss call me. A few minutes later I get a phone call from Trevor who also tells me the window was compromised by a hole in it and there was no way his tech process would have broken the window (okay wait a minute it's glass very easily broken with force) so I tell him that's fine I would see him in court and right bad reviews everywhere I could think of then he says customer service and satisfaction is his number one priority and wants me to call around and get a quote to have the window replaced this just makes me mad why am I going to waste my time looking for a replacement when they broke it. I tell him to get the quote and have his tech make sure to rinse the soap off my RV so it don't stain the paint without getting the inside wet and leave he tells me okay....my wife calls 5 minutes later and said the guy just left and there's soap everywhere drying on the RV so I call the only number they have and of course no answer I leave a message telling them the soap is going to stain the paint and his tech needs to return and rinse it off of course no call back no show up my wife has to try and rinse it off but most of it has now dried. I wait all day for the phone call that never comes my wife also leaves a message and she gets no response so she calls the police to get a police report and the cop tells her it looks like the guy tripped on his own power wash hose and fell into the window there is no sign of damage to the screen or other parts of the window frame it's obvious the tech had broken the glass. So I call a glass guy that tells me a new window would be around $400.00 because it's tempered and tinted so I agian call the only number that company has to find out how they are going to pay for the obvious damage with no response. Later that night I send an email to the company's website and hours later I get an email stating I need to review their terms and conditions paper work my wife had signed when they did the pre inspection and clearly stated that if I wanted to take them to small claims court I would be responsible for their court costs. After repeated attempts trying to contact them after. there has been no response I thought I was hiring a reputable company but boy was I wrong. My RV in worse shape now than before they showed up dried soap has stain the paint broken window and a very clear message that customer satisfaction is the last thing this company cares about in my opinion after this review and you use this company you are going to be very very sorry. read more
