Hmm.. I am torn here. I have been to this salon twice. My first experience was amazing. Reasonable prices for a great and relaxing mani+pedi. I was so excited to come back but my second experience was nothing like the first. We had to wait and so that seated us in massage chair and let us soak our feet (perfect). However it took so long our water was freezing, and when I asked for fresh water they didn't want to change it because they would have had to remove the lining. The same thing happened with the hot towels- they left us waiting in them and we were cold and soaking wet by the time they took them off. To be fair, the young lady servicing me was in high school and she is probably new. But it was not the relaxing experience I had hoped for and I will be going to a different salon next time. read more

I went to check this salon out about two months ago before I left town for vacation. My pedicure was truly awful. The lady was super nice but the pedi was poorly done and overall messy looking. She did not groom my cuticles, the polish did not cover the entire nail, and uneven all around. I feel that my nail tech just wasn't experienced enough. I have been going to the same nail salon for about 6 years but they have become too crowded and the wait is too long. So I tried Cloud 9 today. I stopped in this morning. It wasn't crowded but they told me they were booked. I really appreciated that they were honest about not being able to see me quickly rather than making me sit with my feet in water for an hour. So I left and went back this evening for a pedi and SNS. John did the SNS and he did a great job! He had one hand finished but he didn't like the way the color blended so he took everything off and started over. It took forever but I'm glad he cared enough to want my nails to look perfect. Also, he didn't put a ton of layers of powder on so my nails don't feel three inches thick. The pedi was ok (a regular pedi didn't include the exfoliating rub which I love). My fingernails look and feel great. I would definitely recommend this salon. This will be my new regular nail salon. read more

I decided to come try this place out for a birthday mani/pedi. My first impression was that they seemed pretty slow (volume-wise) for a Saturday, but I'm not a person that likes to wait so that was fine. In fact, I had booked my appointment ahead of time online (lovely feature) to avoid any potential wait. My second impression was that the salon looked nice, modern, and a touch girly (not sure I could convince my bf to come have hot pink towels used on him lol but that's okay). After about 10 minutes I was checked in, seated in a massage chair, offered a drink, and prepped for my mani/pedi. My technician, Maria, was very nice and attentive. She didn't rush through and paid careful attention to what she was doing. I experienced no discomfort, my nails came out great and overall, I enjoyed my experience. Overall experience was good. Many nail polishes color selections. 4 of us went for pedicures. Each nail technician is different. Some are more detail oriented and some are ok. I'd go back again because they are good at what they do and pricing might be a little bit higher than other nail salons, but its affordable, not overly priced. You get what you pay for. The tiger balm they use has a cooling effect to your legs which i found nice. Didn't know tiger balm can be used for leg massage. Wish they have a TV in there...the music they played in there is ok. read more

They have a great selection of colors and offer SNS nails! I've been going here for the past year and Anthony is my go-to nail tech. He is the only person I trust with doing SNS. My experience started off decent but after losing 2 natural long nails due to negligence and refusal to listen I had to find another place. They are a great group of individuals but SNS nails are not their strong point. Especially for natural long nails. I hated to leave but Super Nails sucked me right in with the amazing job they did on my SNS nails. I love this place. It's not huge, the people are kind and funny, and I always walk out relaxed and pampered. For Mother's Day, the owner even bought fresh squeezed orange juice for mimosas and provided a whole table of goodies for the mamas. The salon is clean and tidy, however the service is just OK compared to other places. I've been going there for about 6 months for mani/pedi because it's convent to my house. There is only 1 lady who gives a good pedi and she is leaving soon, moving to another shop. They don't have a wide selection of polish colors. The owners do not speak good English and it is difficult to communicate with them. Also, they only put the TV on Asian language channels.l because that is what the owners want to watch. This is not what I want to watch when I'm relaxing at the nail salon. I'll be looking for a new place soon. read more

I absolutely love Anthony and Bob. They make sure that I am completely happy with my nails before I leave the shop. The pedicures are wonderful and they give a longer massage than most places. It is very clean and I like that they have disposable pedicure tools. So you're not using what everyone else has used. This is the only place that I will go to get my nails done. They also always offer a water or a drink which is a really nice touch. I have found that they are one of the only salons that do that. read more

Have been going to this nail salon since it opened. It has since changed management for the 3rd time. The first two managements & personnel were great. Yesterday was my last appointment there. Personnel can barely speak English & it was hard getting them to understand what service I wanted. It is getting hard to find a place to get nails done. On a lark, I decided to get my nails done -- saw this place was nearby and decided to go in. I asked for the uv gel nails-- what i got was acrylics with gel polish and top coat. i didnt trip.-- like i said, it had been awhile since i got my nails done and they were looking nice. I had a good time-- but i was a little miffed when they tacked on $5 to the "uv gel" nail price at the register -- even when i pointed to " uv gel nails full set " on the little price sheet that they handed me when i got there. I read about this place opening in the Acworth magazine and stopped in just for price information. They are open every day of the week and welcome walk-ins. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area. So I decided to stay for the Mani-Pedi combo. They took me in right away and Brandy took care of me. She was very attentive and professional. They've only been open a little over a month and have all brand new equipment and the place is immaculate. I like that the techs talk TO you during your treatment/procedure instead of around or over you as in most salons I've encountered. I look forward to my next visit. read more

I usually dont like to leave a bad review, but Im upset. It's been less than 1 week since I got a gel mani and a regular pedi, but my gel mani is already cracking and peeling off. The lady who did my pedi was sweet and thorough but the lady who did the gel mani was incredibly sloppy and halfway. She practically did nothing to my cuticle and applied the polish. No wonder it's already messed up! Cant believe I paid 50 for the service and left 10 for a tip. When I had a gel mani from a nearby nail salon before, it lasted 3 weeks with no peeling. After reading reviews, I was shocked by my terrible experience there. I was looking for a nail salon and had this one on my list to try. I had family visiting and we wanted to do pedicures one day and I decided to take a chance. Bad move on my part. Our $35 deluxe pedicures were unusually quick. That would not have been so bad but my sister's toes were sloppily polished and we both had body scrub residue on the back of our legs afterwards, we realized when we left. I was horrified that I brought an out-of-town guest to this establishment. They were cooking out in the back of the store and flies were coming through the back door as well. You can't relax swatting flies. The staff seemed oblivious. I gave them 2 stars out of fairness instead of 1 because my overall pedicure (attention to the needs of my feet) was pretty good and because the owner fixed my sister's toes by completely removing the polish and starting over. So I left this salon a few months ago. They were bought several times by two other owners. And now I am regretting ever walking back in today. I asked for pink and white sailor nails with an ombré. The women didn't know how. You would think that she would use the solar pink and white for a regular French manicure. Nope! She gave me acrylic! WTF!? Then she PAINTED on the French with gel polish. Seriously!?!? If I wanted my nails to look like a cheap piece of shit I would have let my 6 year old daughter do the job. And then I paid the same price as I would have actually gotten what I had asked for. I will highly suggest if you want a really bad nail job to go there but I seriously hope that they close down very soon. I had to give a least one star but I hated doing that more than the job on my nails! read more

Best pedi I have had in awhile! The store was clean, the wait was minimal, and the service fantastic! I had a Deluxe pedicure and I felt pampered the entire time. I even had my two year old with me and it was still relaxing. My daughter got her nails and toes painted as well and they took superb care of her. She got to sit in her own chair, cushioned by a huge teddy bear! They not only painted her nails, but cleaned up the edges and made it look tidy! I will be back! read more
