That said, they have gotten their act together and hired better technicians who care about what they are doing. My experience was very disappointing. The same person who was working at the front desk was also the one doing my nails. She didn't even have her own workstation or cart with the necessary tools and kept taking instruments from her coworker's cart throughout the appointment. On top of that, she repeatedly got up to answer the phone and assist customers who walked into the salon, interrupting my service several times. It felt very unprofessional and made it clear that she was unable to focus on providing proper care. As a result of all these interruptions, she cut one of my fingers during the service. To make matters worse, the nail polish was left streaky and dripping, with a very poor-quality finish. I expected a safe, professional service, but instead I left with an injured finger and poorly done nails. I hope the salon improves its organization and ensures that employees are able to focus on one responsibility at a time so customers receive the quality and attention they deserve. read more

I been there before and service was good. But this time I went for an acrylic removal and instead of taking his time and do it gently,he started ripping all my acrylic nails off. When I asked him to stopped because it was hurting so much (he even cut my thumb nail and started bleeding) he say that it was because my nails were thin...the pain it cause was awful. Let me start by saying that I do not like nail shops that use the timer during the foot massage...however my SNS looks amazing so I gave this business 4 stars. The "Sports Pedicure" was just average. It was super rushed. I came in around 5:30 and the business closes at 7pm. Pedicure probably lasted 30 mins (from being seated to polished). Not sure if the cuticles on my toes were even removed. I had to ask for the calluses to be scraped off...even though I'm sure you could feel the dire state of my feet from wearing heals everyday. Last but not least, the dreaded timer came out for the massage!! The Sports Pedicure includes a 7 minute massage...and you will not get 1 second over that. The massage was a rubbing of the legs and feet with slight pressure. 7 minutes of a rub down was beyond enough. Now to the good part. The employee who did my SNS did a great job! He was very thorough with the shape (almond) and dipping technique. The nails are not too thick or too thin (2 dips in the color and a pre-coat and post-coat). He took his time, which I really appreciated! I am in love with my nails and I will definitely be back...at least to get SNS again! read more

Today shocked me!! I have been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years, faithfully and the last two times were not so good! Holly the one that has been doing my pedicure for all these years, the first time she cut my appointment short and now she tells me to find someone else to do my pedicure because I suggested a design on one of my toes and it didn't look right so I ask to do something simple. This is the second time she tried to do a design and could not do it; first it was the cats eye with the polish now its a simple design with three lines( now I know it looks better on nails than feet. Then she decline to di my manicure, rushing me off to do another appointment . But for her to say find someone else was rude and not right. As much I been loyal to this specific salon Maybe it is time for me to explore other salons.. the craziest thing is my daughter comes here to and suggests the same thing. I come to this location, at least every three weeks for a pedicure and a fill in! The service is normally good. The nail techs are professional and in the past I didn't have any issues! However, the last two times that I've been to this location the asian male that checks you out at the register is a piece of work. when I came last month, I was standing at the register, waiting for someone to check me out. He walks up to the counter with another client walking behind him. He sees me standing there and asked me if it's OK for him to check her out first. My reply, of course not! Was she standing here first? He apologizes! Yes his behavior was irritating but I've had good service in the past and came back again today, well today the machines were down. He didn't tell me that when I came in. So I hear him tell other clients that the machines are down and they had a choice of paying by cash, Venmo, cashapp or to walk over to the ATM at Publics. I finish up with my service I walk up to the counter he gives me the spill about how I can pay, minus the choice of going over to the ATM as I don't use Venmo or Cashapp! When I ask, he states I think they may have an ATM. So I tell him that I'm going to walk over and get cash. Then he tells me well I need something to hold until you come back ! I say fine, and provide my military ID. He looks at it, looks back at me confused. I guess he thought he was getting my drivers license. Nope, I don't know you! Nor do I thrust you! He mumbles something! I reply, look I don't steal, nor do have too. I didn't wait for a reply, I left went and got cash! I walk back in, Now he is apologizing! Keep your apology! He stated "I didn't mean anything by it! Well I do! This is your business! Who am I to tell you how to run it! Its very Clear that you don't treat all of your customers with the same respect! Went on a Saturday afternoon. Stylish place, lot of chairs, and really personable gentleman conducting the "show". ( I assume that he was the owner.) They were busy so I had time to run an errand and come back. So far so good! Had a manicure, just some nail trimming and clear nail polish. My pedicure results were okay, and the price for hot towel wrap was also ok. However, the nice nail technician lady was really rough on my toenails. Never have I had a pedicure before that had hurt so much. So next time I'll go back to my old nail salon. read more

I got a lash service and before starting I told her what I wanted and she didn't give me what I wanted. She should've just told me they didn't have what I asked for. Then she tried to charge me $20 more for the service just because she layered it on but that's what you're supposed to do. I wouldn't recommend, they're thieves in my opinion. read more

I've been coming to Lush every two to three weeks for about two years. I've brought friends and family and always recommend them. However, over the last six months or so, at least one of my nails have been breaking on almost every set. I came in today for a pedicure and to fix, again, a broken nail. I was charged $5 for the nail. I have never been charged for fixing a nail. It felt like the last straw for me in trying to stay. It's really unfortunate that I will be looking for a new nail place after being so loyal to this business. read more

I don't usually post reviews but I'm disappointed and want to make sure no one else experiences this. I walked in wanting SNS removed - a manicure - and gel polish. I had long almond shaped nails. My own nails. He thought I had fake nails and assumed I wanted them taken off so he cut my real nail. Ugh. All of them has to be cut at this point. When I was checking out, I proceeded to tell the girl at the front desk what happened just so no one else would go through that and they were clear before they immediately grab someone's pinky finger and cut their real nail. I wasn't looking for anything for free just how they would handle it from a customer service standpoint. She apologized after I told her what happened and I said it's OK. The other gentleman didn't handle it so well in my opinion. He proceeded to tell me that when you have SNS you probably need to cut them anyway because they get weak although I have very strong nails. I think he should have just apologized or maybe even offered a discount at that point. Maybe this is a learning experience for next time. read more

The first time I came here the quality was excellent. I had one of the best pedicures ever. The second time I came here the quality was not as good (pedicure and manicure) and I ended up the next day with a very painful ingrown toenail. I don't understand why all these nail salons have to cut the corners of the toenails. I have been soaking it every day for five days hoping it will go away. WORST SHOP EVER, THEY LIE AND SCAM YOU This is the worst salon ive ever been to and if you want nails that last & are decent go somewhere else. I got my nails done on a monday and paid $65 for a deluxe pedicure with gel & long acrylics with designs & gel which were $85 alone. By Wednesday the gel on my toes had chipped. By Wednesday night one of my acrylics completely slipped off like press ons. Mind you I paid $150 in total for both to have issues within two days. I returned wednesdsy during the day to have my yoe fixed just for later that night my nail to start lifting. The shop hours state they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:20 and was told most of the people who do nails left for the night. There was one lady doing nails who said I could wait until she was done with her current customer and then she would fix my nail. The male manager then came out and said she wouldnt be fixing my nail because the wanted to go home. No refund or anything. How disgusting and embarrassing can your customer service be. I will tell everyone I know to never go here and will leave daily reviews about my terrible experience if it prevents someone else from enduring what I did. To pay $150 and have both services mess up in 3 days is an embarrasment. Save your time and money and go somewhere more professional and worth your money read more

Beyond disappointed with the level of care and service I received during my first and only visit to this nail salon. I'm new to GA and am not impressed with the nail salons I've visited so far unfortunately. I paid for a 42.00 gel French manicure and a $42.00 pedicure that was to include a 7 minute foot and lower leg massage which I did not receive. The manicure I received had no hand or lower arm massage whatsoever. I asked the manicurist to please not use the drill on my nails to remove the gel polish and she either did not understand English or just didn't care to acknowledge or adhere to my request. Neither technician introduced themselves to me or asked my name and made no attempt to communicate with me or get to know me as a potential new client. Upon leaving the salon and paying my bill, the gentleman who either owns or manages the salon did not ask how my services were or care to take any time with me as he was on the phone and other customers waiting to pay behind me. I wanted to express my dissatisfaction and question him about the services I did/didn't receive but I obviously was not important enough to acknowledge and felt as though they were put out to have to service me at all. Rather than hold up the line and make a scene of any kind I decided to cut my losses and leave to never return again. I did not tip either technician which goes against how I conduct business and treat those in the service industry but this experience was unlike anything I've ever experienced in my 35 plus years in nail salons and I refuse to reward poor service and treatment especially when they could care less about me and my requests or satisfaction. read more

i come here every time i want to get my nails done. i have never had a problem with anyone here being rude or disrespectful ever! today i brought someone in to get their nails done and the person doing her nails was absolutely ridiculous. she cut the acrylic nail tip super short without my friend confirming what she wanted or that she was okay with the short nails. and then when my friend said something about the nail shape she got very defensive and tried to say that she didn't do anything wrong: she was very unprofessional and so disrespectful. i usually can vouch for this nail salon but after this i do believe i have to find another nail salon to go to because if she talked to my friend like that then how many other people have been talked to like that???
