I was sick of it and wanted a system more like a home user even if that meant a downgrade with how it worked. I contacted My Computer Guy for an SOS, and he replied immediately. He asked for more details about what I could let me know and we made an appointment a few days later due to my schedule. On the day of, My Computer Guy showed up and was very polite, proper, and professional. Also, ironically, my internet/wifi died after our initial conversation. If Tom had one goal, it was to, at least, get my wifi back. Happy wifi, happy wife, and then I have a happy life. We both headed to the basement so he could troubleshoot the issues. To me, it was just a bunch of wires connecting somewhere, someplace. He figured it out right away and started to troubleshoot the system. He would share some tips to improve my wifi/internet. After about 30 minutes, give or take, he found the problem, fixed the problem, and helped me install a normal user-friendly wifi system. Also, he gave me some recommendations to improve the overall system and helped me set it up. Overall, I would rate this business an A+. Friendly, professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable.
