They pulled back roughly one half of the carpet in the room. All around that permitter there are scuff marks and dings, whereas there are none along the rest of the room. This is clear evidence that they caused this damage. I've tried to reach out to the developer who contracted their work as it was done under warranty multiple times since work was done. They forward the issue to JC carpet, I hear nothing back. JC carpet hasn't reached out to fix anything or even address the issues. I sent an email last night- with all involved CCd. I've heard nothing back. I wouldn't do business with this company if you paid me. I actually cancelled my own- non warranty scheduled work with them and asked my developer to allow me to work with someone else and was denied due to horrible office staff customer service (only one staff member set this experience though- the rest I spoke too were great). They did a quick black light inspection and we found that many previous vacation renter's pets (hopefully) had also been marking various spots. A slightly darker shade on the front of the tread and a slightly lighter shade on the top of the tread.
