Came here yesterday on my lunch break and the whole experience was weird. As soon as I walked in the lady at the front desk rushed me to the back while repeating that I would be getting a "very young hot girl." Honestly I do not care who gives the massage as long as it is good. The massage itself was terrible, maybe a 2/10. A lot of the time was spent doing strange things with my hands and toes that did not feel relaxing or helpful at all. It felt more like someone going through a routine than an actual massage. The place also had a really strong food smell the entire time I was there. I love all kinds of food, but it was very overpowering and not exactly what you want to smell during a massage. Worst part is I woke up the next morning with a bad case of pink eye. I have never had pink eye in my life and I am a pretty clean person. The only thing I can think of is the face cradle sheet since my eyes were rubbing against it a lot during the massage. Overall just a bad experience. I would not go back. This place was trash! So unprofessional! 1. The lady who massaged me was overly aggressive. I came in with the expectation of relaxing but the entire time I was clenching my back because of the pain. 2. I chose to get the 30 min body & 30 min foot massage which was $40. Mid massage, the lady tells me that she had another client coming and only could give me the 30 min body. I asked if she was gonna give me back the difference ($10) and she said yes. However, when my time was up she didn't give me my money back. When I asked her "what about my refund money?" she said "its for my tip" Uh, excuse me?! Ok... granted it was a much need massage.... HOWEVER, this place isn't good. There were 2 or 3 different hands on me (not at the same time). First Lady, was gentle, at times, other times, it hurt... but it didn't feel "rushed". 2nd Lady was rushing and basically beating me up.... I whispered to myself "go away and bring me back person 1". When she was massing my back n neck, her nails felt like razor on my skin. Ouch is right. Eventually, it was either another lady or the First Lady cuz it was back to gentle. Mind you... I paid for a 70 min massage (50min body and 20 leg/foot).... I never got the foot or leg massage. It was more like a 55 min massage. FYI: They charge $1 per $30 if u use a card. They are of the open floor plan style now. Not the original owners when it was curtained. They did make two semi pvt areas other than the open floor at 30/hr. You get the same as a foot massage for 20/hr outside. They still have a 15/hr sign out but I didnt ask what cpn was needed. If you want a hard massage Lily is there 7dys(older). They had an asian guy and another chinese girl(younger). It was slow when I was there. The previous place was a five. //Update: 7-29-14// Needed kinks removed after flight travel, feel better. New owners again with a reversed front area. Did their Combo $30/70 minutes. Girl was too small to get the deep kinks out but I felt a lot better. I called before arriving to see for availability. Si i arrive told her I had called, I ask about how the massage plans work she couldn't really help me with that clearly a language barrier l. Fine I look at there menu and pick. The whole time she seems impatient with me. As I pay she tells me it's a $4 charge. Im paying 100$ for this service and still want to charge $4 more. Fine. I pay and the whole time im thinking to myself. Why and I paying $104 and she's being so rude? Im trying my best to communicate with her but I felt dismissed. The lady that I got was very attentive and gental in certain areas and stronger in others upon my request. Oh NO, change of management again !!! Been coming here and loved loved the massages, but not this time. Really disappointed. The waiting area was much brighter, cleaner and less clutter. Noticed the price difference from before 70 mins for $30. included hot stones "combo" ... uhhh before I use to get 90 mins with hot stones for $30. So just got a regular massage for 90 mins for $30. no hot stones. However, the front desk lady kept trying to get my friend and I to do the "combo", NO, why would I pay an extra $10. for an extra 10 mins and hot stones are probably only used for five minutes. She even kept trying to get us to agree to the "combo", while we were getting ready on the massage chair ... go away lady; we said NO! Usually after my massage, I'm generally so relaxed and lucid, but not this time, I was so disabppoint that the guy I had, didn't even massage my shoulder area, where I carry most of my stress, lots of knots there. It was an accupressure type massage, and that can be a bit painful, if you don't make your self relax through it. The lady who mans the desk is terrible with communication. Even if you call and ask for a specific person. She'll say anything to get you there, once you're there she'll say "oh they're busy" or just wait for a little bit. A little bit usually means 45mins. I found this place on a Google search and decided to give them a try since I was in the area on business. I had a sore lower back from a whole week of being on my feet and lots of walking, so I asked if more focus would be put on that area of my body. I have not had a massage that intense and focused at any other place that I've been. My massage therapist paid attention to detail and continued to work the areas that needed the most help. He even used hot stones and a hot towel to loosen the area further. For the $30 I paid for a 1 hour massage, I received a treatment that rivals the mainstream places that charge 2-3 times as much. The business name is now Cloud 9 Young Massage, and it's under new ownership from what I understand. The lady at the front desk (new owner?) is super friendly, as was my masseuse. Limited English skills for both, but enough to communicate alright. I started coming here a couple of months ago due to a back problem, and combined with a chiropractor and mild muscle relaxers from my doctor, this bi-weekly massage has really helped me immensley, and I am now hooked on this place for good!! The masseuse I have had almost every time has very strong hands, and she works me over GOOD!! My back problem is a thing of the past, and now I just come for relaxation after a rough day/week at work, or to just maintain my back. I wish I could remember her name, but just ask for someone with `strong hands' if you need to be kneaded!! The price is so reasonable, that even with a decent tip to the masseuse, it's still cheaper than a chiropractor or other masage places I've tried in the past, and I feel like a new man afterwards. Young is here! I usually go to King Massage, Young used to be my best massage therapist. But recently he left there. Today I came to this massage place , which is close by pizzahut. I saw him here!! I guess he bought this store and going to remodel it, but I'm not sure, because he doesn't speak good English. But his massage skill is very good. This store have privet place and curtains,much better than other stores which have only open area. I'll come back to see if they are going to renew this store. read more

Great massage! But, I agree with fellow yelper Roma N that they should have asked if I have a problem spot I want to focus on. I wished I had read her yelp but I went right around the same time as her. One star off because when I was asked to turn face down, I did not know that she was going to remove my bra and undress me right then and there to work on my back. That tensed me up AGAIN! I was relaxed already! Having said that, the massage was pretty good but I can't get my mind off the fact that I am topless, in a dimly lit room with just curtains and other clients/masseuse/masseur in the same room. I felt captive and just had to go through it. Well, she knew what she was doing and she was able to put me back together without having me get up and dress myself up. I was back to the way I was before she undressed me. I felt better but I wished I had the chance to tell her my problem area because that still needed a few more work. I prefer this foot massage place compared to others because it's quiet and I'm able to relax and enjoy my massage. I've been to other places where the workers would carry on long conversations so I go to Cloud 9 for some peace and quiet. The women are freakin' strong, which really helps when my muscles are aching after working out. Usually, I'll make make apppointments but sometimes, I'll walk in and either wait just a little bit or not at all. I really enjoy their customer service and I'll let them know which areas I want them to focus on and how strong I like it. It was very comparable to the other reflexology places I have frequented. Great price. But not very private, no partitions or place to change into the smock i was given. So that was awkward. Yesterday, I brought my boyfriend with me and bragged the whole way that he wouldn't be disappointed! I am very dissatisfy with this place. Saw decent reviews on yelp & it's near my house, so my boyfriend & I called in to make an appointment at 6:45pm. Lady called us around 6:15 & said someone canceled, can we come in right away. We said it's not possible because we had things to take care of. We arrived at 6:45, came in, told the lady we're here for our appointment. She then kept saying sorry while smiling nervously & told us that they are busy & can't take us right now. She told us to come back at 9pm or tomorrow. I told her "..., but we have an appointment. You just called us.", but that didn't seem to matter. I've been going to Cloud 9 every time I visit friends and family in Orange County because the massage is great. For the price, you can't really complain much. Compared to other places, this one is a bit small but it's quaint with less foot traffic coming in and out when I'm trying to relax. The hot stones are a bit hotter than I expected, but I love it. Having a different woman then the first time I went, the massage was different then the first time. It wasn't bad just different. This time I did tell the woman what my trouble spots were before I even sat down. Did not have a great experience... I went on a saturday afternoon with my boy friend because of the great reviews, and was disappointed. First off, they didn't seat us until 15 minutes after our reservations. They started working on my boy friend right away, but didn't start me for another 15 minutes. The lady who was massaging my boyfriend kept coughing into her hands and then continuing to massage him- hope he doesn't get sick! Yes it was only $20,the added privacy of the curtains is nice, but do I really want to get a massage having to listen to the man in the chair next to me snore for 30 minutes? They should have woken him up so that he would not disturb the rest of the crowd. The actual massage was decent, but be careful of the hot stones!
