Coco did an excellent job--my friend was very happy, and everything about her service was great. Because of that, I truly appreciate the experience my friend had. However, my experience was very different. The therapist who worked on me was too gentle and did not apply the right pressure or target the correct pressure points. I didn't feel relaxed or relieved after the massage, and it seemed like she was not fully focused during the session. When she worked on my legs, she was pressing more on the bones rather than the proper pressure points. During the neck massage, she did not seem to know the correct areas to focus on, and it actually left my neck feeling more sore afterward. Based on this experience, I would prefer to book with Coco next time. I believe this is for the staff's safety and I have no problem with it. I will warn that you can hear everything outside your room, including other staff members and patrons.
