She didn't even massage my feet which was part of a full body massage . I clocked it when I laid down and saw the time when it was done. I read previous reviews that they did that but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I told her about the missing 10 minutes she acted like she did not understand. Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this place. I went there this morning and the price board in the shop had all the prices covered with tape. I wanted the 30 min foot and 30 min body massage and they told me it was $50 and not the $30 that was shown on the price board in the pictures. I've been getting foot massages for years in the OC and this place seems to have maybe changed their "practices". This place is legit and trust me, I've been to a few that are not!! Came here with my friend and her sister. We asked for the 60 minute massage for $20. Of course she tried to up sell us but 2 of us just wanted the $20 massage. You keep your clothes on here but my advice is to wear flip flops, sweats and a tank top. Although they say foot, it's full body. Lulu was amazing!!! One of us enjoyed a 30 minute private room with hot massage. You can get naked in this room, face down hot stone massage. This place was pretty good years ago but now its a dump!! My boyfriend and i went for a massage and it was $50 each for 60 min! I wasn't too worried about it at first but after the massage it was the worst money I've ever spent! We undressed in the room and she told us shed be with us in 15 min! So we just laid there naked for 15 min wondering what was going on. The massage was terrible. Super rushed and not relaxing. They use old towels to cover you. They had holes in them and mine smelled like mildew soo bad.. YUCK! The towel she used to wipe the oil off of me had a big tear in it and i know this because my finger got caught in it and it was so unbelievably scratchy that it was kind of hurting my skin. We called 15 minutes to see if we can get an appointment for two. They have an open spot available. $40 per person for 60 minutes in a private room. It was a good first time experience. Definitely love the hot stone. The only downside is the masseur keeps leaving the area. Probably to get his stuff: oil, towel, hot stone. I agree that Jeff has strong pressure doing his massage but have to take off 3 stars because he constantly gets up every 2, 3 minutes to go answer phones. check the front desk and lobby area, greeting customers, and dealing with staff issues, etc. I did not fell relaxed at all the whole time. And worst, he did not make up time lost due to his tending to other things in the store. He stopped right at 4 minutes shy of the one hour paid for service. I felt like total time lost was at least 15 to 20 minutes from all the interruptions. First off they charged me $80 for a 90 minute, when I got home my Fiancé told me they always have charged him $65 (he just went a week ago) I checked in at the front desk at 7:25. By the time the lady came in and started it was 7:35pm. Worst massage I've ever received before. She rubbed me through a towel for 15 minutes then did oil with hot stones and put the towel back on and rubbed through the towel for another 10 minutes. She rubbed me raw it felt like. Throughout the massage she left 5 times to answer the phone and check in another customer. It seemed like she was trying to SPEED through the massage. She barely spoke any English and had to use a translator on her phone. So starting at 7:35 a 90 minute massage should end at 8:05 right?! She ended at 8:45. After I got dressed I asked if I could get my change since it wasn't 90 minutes. She got on her phone to translate and says we started at 7:25 so 8:55 would be 90 minutes, as were staring at the clock and it says 8:53 and I'm already fully dressed so she didn't give me a 90 minute but she kept arguing with me. All I had was $8 left in my wallet so I handed that to her ... she then counts it and tells me THAT ISNT ENOUGH FOR 90 MINUTES! Are you effing kidding me?!? I got a massage from a woman and the price said $40 on Yelp. When I walked in she said $50. I said "alright people are suffering because of Covid" and gave her $50. I then went to tip her after because she honestly did an awesome job with the massage but as I went to tip her she looked confused, I asked "what's up?" She then told me it was a "20% minimum tip". May is a tiny lady with strong hands and I love her for it. It's been at least two years since I've had a profession massage. I felt a little awkward at first but May made me feel comfortable and like I wasn't a total noob. She started off my stepping on my back, I loved it. This massage place sucked. Payed $20 for a full body hour massage, which I thought was a great deal at first. They make you pay upfront first before you even get the massage. It started off with the head, then down to the feet and legs, and then your back and neck. Let me point out that I brought 2 other friends with me and we all agree that half the time they weren't even massaging. It really felt like all they did was rub lotion on you and then barely apply pressure. They got no knots out of my shoulders (the whole reason why I went) and kept rubbing their elbow along the middle of my spine instead of the sides of my spine like a knowledgeable massage person would, which was extremely painful. They had no idea what they were doing. Makes me wonder if it is more of a happy ending place due to their lack of massaging skills but excellent lotion rubbing skills. Then on top of that, when you are giving tip, the manager says there is a $5 minimum tip. LOL WHAT? You have no signs that say that nor do you have the right to demand a $5 tip after y'alls lazy hands just rubbed lotion on my friends and myself. These owners used to run Lucky feet on Bolsa in Westminster. After I found out they sold lucky feet Jeff was no where to be found. I had to try many different massage places and nothing could compare. I just didn't get the VIP treatment. I loved how Jeff knew what I liked. He always took the time to accommodate me. Months later he called me letting me know he opened a new location in Westminster. I was so happy!! I don't use Jeff personally getting a massage anymore because he always busy keeping the fort down and answering calls. Just remember massages here for a full body for 1 hour is $20 bucks. So don't compare these places to your typical $50 an hour or more places. You get a great simple massage for what you pay for. Don't forget to tip your massage person. When I was leaving the establishment I witnessed a young lady customer who expressed that she was borderline sexually assaulted by the owner named Jeff. She claimed that his crotch was touching her head and that he left her side exposed inappropriately. Jeff did not seem apologetic but was defensive. As far as my massage experience I had opted for the $40 body massage. I do not know my masseuse's name but she did not seem to speak English well as she had difficulty understanding that I only wanted my lower back massaged. My masseuse used a lot of oil and only knew to grind her elbow around my shoulders, neck, and spine, let me just say that it was unpleasant to say the least. Everything she did seemed random and I told her twice to concentrate on my lower back, even though she said "yes" like she understood, she didn't. Yes! My first massage was AMAZEBALLS! My boss treated my co worker and I and the only bad part was having to wake up! I've never had a massage so I have nothing to compare it to but I feel amazing! For 20 bucks, an hour rub down really can't be beat. If you just want to get your circulation going and literally just rubbed down - no getting the knots out, no pressure point work, and no intuition. I always feel bad when massages are SO sub-par because I feel like a lot goes into giving a massage as it is. But also, I've had hundreds of these reflexology style massages in a public room, clothes on-just like this one. And this was probably one of my least favorite places I've ever gone. With that being said, The owner trained his masseuses well. I been to many places but this place is the best. Make sure you communicate with the masseuse how strong you want your massages to be. For those who complain about tipping, think about it. The masseuse makes minimum wage like a waiter. Except the waiter can wait 5-8 tables at a time, but the masseuse only has 1 customer.
