27 year customer that will never go back to san jose location the bud tender has purposely not given my discount , 3 separate occasions they have confirmed and never delivered and the customer service is trash when I called and asked why my delivery didn't show she gave the same excuse there's traffic there on the way ... it was 5pm I ordered at 11:57 am. Most of the employees are great, manager is horrible. I called ahead to confirm that I can come in with just a picture of my ID (I have been here before), and the employee confirmed. I scan the barcode to get into the store, wait in line, and the manager requested to see my ID at the register - this has NEVER happened. Weird energy from the manager, if you can not have a firm stance on something, maybe you should not be a manager. It's unfortunate that low level employees can ruin brand reputation. read more
