I visited this store today and, while checking out, I asked for a receipt. The employee at the front counter began mocking me for requesting one and made comments to a coworker about me while I was standing right there. The behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I came to the store to make a purchase, not to be ridiculed or bullied. No customer should have to experience that kind of treatment. I was already having a difficult day, which made the interaction even more upsetting. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. I visited Haze on 2/25/26. While I generally appreciate this location, my experience with one specific staff member was extremely negative. The budtender, whom looks like a hispanic female was overtly rude and her behavior felt discriminatory. She has a dermal in her face as well. Her tonality and passive aggressive demeanor towards me because my card was not working was inappropriate. Their tone of voice was hostile and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Come to find out, she was ill prepared with her knowledge and didn't let me know it would charge $5 on top of the amount it said. She proceeded to tell me their POS systems were new. This behavior made me feel disrespected and unwanted in the store. A business that serves the public should have staff trained to treat all customers with respect and professionalism. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone especially women of color. read more

What I received compared to what was shown online was miles apart in looks and quality. I order Guzzlers by Coastal Sun, online it shows a beautiful nug. Vibrant, frosty, and green with a touch of Purple. What I got, brown dirt weed that even smells old. Go to white fire and get the $50 oz it a lot better quality. I tried to submit a complaint online, it said my complaint looks like spam and cannot be submitted. What a joke. They know they put out trash and don't want to hear about it. On top of all that, I did not receive a first time gift nor was it brought up at checkout. Do not go here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Only redeeming quality was the friendly upbeat staff but that won't help the rating. They're lucky Yelp doesn't allow a zero star rating or even a negative star rating. I had a great experience with Sarija today. She surprised me.....my items were not only on sale, but they qualified for an extra promo!! Double stacking promos isn't something dispensaries do often, so I am grateful and she made my day even better. They had a full selection of Claybourne Frosted pre rolls which are my absolute favorite. The prices on sale were great and her service was amazing!!! 4/14/26 - Overall the store has a great selection and its clean in there. Although Carina (big girl with black curly hair) had some major attitude problems. This place does the best they can with the ridiculous taxes that are in Santa Clara County. It's just a normal dispensary, but they have a good selection of leaf, edibles, prerolls, and beverages and they are very friendly. It's kind of slow service but it's close by so that's convenient. Unfortunately, it is just ridiculously cheaper to go over the hill to Santa Cruz so that's what I usually do but, in a pinch, this is where I go. read more

Review for Haze Dispensary: Came to Haze for a replacement product from 710 Labs and left the dispensary elated -- with a new spring in my step and all. Normally, I avoid any kind of confrontation or return situation like the plague, but shoutout to 710 Labs' customer service and Haze for making the whole process swift, smooth, and stress-free. During my visit, I was helped by Anaya (or Alyssa -- apologies if I butchered that). She was incredibly courteous, guiding me through the replacement process and actually listening to my concerns instead of treating me like another ticket in a queue. Big difference. Dispensaries can sometimes be a full-on sensory overload -- flashing lights, loud music, people yelling out edible recommendations like it's a stock exchange -- but not this time. At no point did I feel rushed, dismissed, or out of place. The sales manager on duty was also super conscientious of my time, treating me with real respect and dignity -- a rare combo in customer service these days. All in all? A++ from Haze and 710 Labs. I've been to dozens and dozens of dispensaries from Santa Rosa, San Rafael, SF, Oakland, San Jose and thought I'd visit this one since I was near by and needed some flower. If you're a local, I feel bad for the prices you have to deal with. Taxes in this county are extremely high. A 14 pack pre roll I'm familiar with is $40 AFTER taxes. In Oakland and SF those same pre roll packs are $23 after taxes. After driving around the area I can see why it's expensive so I'm sure people here can afford it. Fast service and had what we were looking for. It was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend to the next person.

Go fifteen minutes down the street you can get an oz for the price these guys sell half oz's. Maybe a good spot for oil and hash, but flowers costs twice the price than normal dispos in the area. They don't even sell full ounces here. Most half oz's are going for $100-$120 here. Organization inside the store is strange as well. Was excited for this place but the prices are too unreasonable. They said there is a 15% tax which is why it's prices so high, but that doesn't justify doubling the price. read more

The setup of ordering and waiting takes soooooo long you basically have to wait twice

I thought I'd give this place. Another try and they're still selling old pre-rolls. I made a purchase yesterday in the pre-roll package date was July 2024 lol. No quality control. Nothing always different people young kids who really know nothing about the product. When I pointed out the old date on the pre-rolls the person that helped me got an attitude and blamed me for not checking before I paid. Stick to more professional places there are a couple here and there in the Southbay pretty much all the rest I would stay away from including Haze.
