I will start with the good. The tub area was very relaxing. Spent my time in the medium warm tub…read morewhich was plenty hot so need for the really hot tub. It was comfortable...met several wonderful ladies. Stepped in the cold tub which I thought I'd like but I'm a whimp...too cold for me. Got the gold package which was like nothing I've ever done. Naked on a plastic table while getting an incredible all over scrub, massage, facial and then entire body coated in oil. My skin is so incredibly soft. The tiny little woman was freakishly strong and did an incredible job. I would definitely return and next time spend more time there. The saunas and ice room in tbe common area were amazing. I just peaked in each of them and they were absolutely beautiful. For the bad: Young girl at the front desk was rude. Mumbled and then basically yelled at me when I didn't understand what she said. Whatever everyone has their good days and bad days but someone needs to teach this girl how to speak to customers. The attendees in the locker room were helpful and kind. However... when women were talking, they literally yelled at them like they were children... "Ladies, who am I going to have to kick out! This is a quiet area" ... the tone they took with grown women was absolutely horrific. They claimed it was because people were trying to "relax" during their treatments. The treatments are not relaxing... they are in a communal room, youre on a plastic table getting scrubbed with buckets of water thrown on you and lube up with enough oil for a Diddy freak off. Like I said, I thoroughly enjoyed it but if youre looking for a quiet spa like experience, this isn't it. You must be comfortable walking around naked...it was actually quite liberating for me but may not be for everyone. I will definitely be back. Hoping this time the staff treats people with a little more respect and kindness.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

Theres a big neon sign in the front saying that the price will have gratuity on it. They make you sign a "merchant copy." That should be relevant later. Anyway, the service was okay. Twice the lady massaging my partner left the room to great new patrons. At the end my husband complained of not enough pressure but overall it was decent enough. When we were leaving, they asked us to finish signing and thats where the "merchant copy" receipt was relevant here cus the cost went up to $163 and they asked for extra tip. I thought it was just going to be $20 as in the gratuity that was mentioned beforehand but she said it was extra $10 and $10 for the oil. When at the start it was just presented as a choice to us when we first started. She said coconut or lavender and i said to my husband lavender since it's going to smell nicer more soothing. Anyway right after i told her this wasn't explained to us at the start the older lady at the desk started yelling at me, that it was xmas and saying that i wanted things for free. I was like how is this free? It's already $163 and my husband had to get in between us and explained to her that we aren't yelling at her? why yell at us? She told us the oil comes out of her pocket so my husband asked her to make the sign bigger if she's going to get like this about it. She calmed down and started looking down after and i imagine it was a very awkward experience for us both. We paid and when we asked for a receipt she said she couldn't give me one. I asked for a photo of my receipt and honestly I will never be coming back here and i DO NOT recommend this place at all. Also theres a weird sign on the room saying that that place is not a sexual massage place and that really threw us off because that was not what we were expecting at all to see before getting told to take our belongings.

I have a degenerative…read moreL5 disc and chronic tension, and Luca spent every minute of our 90-minute session (60-min body / 30-min foot) pinpointing and correcting every "unruly" muscle I had. The facility is unassuming, but the service is world-class. It felt like a $300 resort treatment for a fraction of the price. Luca's technique is firm and precise--he doesn't just go through the motions; he actually identifies the source of the pain and works it out. I walked out feeling like a new person and tipped well over 100% because the quality was just that high. Highly recommend

Called in advance to get the massage and went in. I went in during a weekday morning, so it was pretty empty. I asked for a one-hour whole-body massage, which was really great and i really needed it. Comes to time for checkout, and i gave a 10-dollar tip. The lady paused for a second, gave me the receipt, and said ".....just 10 dollars?" and I asked her what you mean by that, and I quote, "You are only gonna give me 12 percent? You would tip more than that if you were to eat at a restaurant." AND THEN SAID, "You are a big guy, it's harder for us". That caught me off guard so much because she has been very nice up to that point , she was communicating what I want, gave me water with ice in it, and then hits me with that when I didn't give her expected tip. I ended up giving her 10 dollars more to make it 20 because I was honestly just looking to get away from that whole situation, but needless to say, I will not be coming back. It's not like I didn't tip either, so idk why she gave me such an attitude about it. What a way to turn what could have been a 5-star review and a returning customer into a 1-star review and a customer that will never recommend your business to anyone I know

I came from Alpharetta and the locations I have been to around here are all terrible. THIS IS WORTH THE DRIVE!! Sonja was soooo knowledgeable about the human body and how all of our muscle groups are connected. She was very intuitive and knew EXACTLY where my problem areas and sweet spots were. I endured the pain of the deep tissue digs because I knew I needed it. She was so thorough and dedicated to make my massage worth it - it was customized and personalized to my problem areas and issues. I have never had another Massage Envy therapist do that - they usually don't listen and all the massages are exactly the same and not personalized at all.... Not to mention, Sonja's bedside manner was awesome. She is super chill and made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in to when I left. She communicated with me during the massage to make sure I was comfortable and getting what I wanted. She even helped me make sense of my sciatic nerve pain by introducing me to a muscle syndrome I might have. She also informed me of the curvature of my spine and how it can affect tightness, pain, stiffness, etc. in my body. I felt so taken care of. I will never go to another location besides this one and I will always ask for Sonja!

My last review of Spring Massage was over 9 years ago, and that's how long I've been coming here…read more It continues to amaze me that over the years, they've maintained the quality of their massages and listened to customer feedback to make improvements. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.
