I entered Daisy's as a reasonably youthful man looking for dessert and walked out mentally pricing burial plots and wondering whether Costco sells Metamucil by the pallet. Fortunately, the ice cream was excellent... except for the non-sensical names. Besides the one labeled "smores" it was like trying to decide the enigma machine from WWII. If one can decipher the flavors... the ice cream is rich, creamy, enormous portions, exactly the kind of old-school neighborhood ice cream that makes you temporarily forget you've apparently become old enough to have employees serving you who don't remember a world before smartphones.
