He arrived on time and ready to get started sharpening. It took about 30 mins for a set of 7 knives of varying sizes. The final price was perfect and right in my price range. I chipped it lifting off the lid of a paint can and M1rror Edge was helpful in coming to my place of work to fix it up! Only took about 10 mins. It's super sharp again like the day I bought it and while it is a 1/4 shorter the angle of the cutting edge is the same. I was just stupid and broke the tip. Won't make that mistake again.
