Gary's great. I went in to bring my Rolex OP fixed because the crown had broken off (lost it) and water and condensation got inside, allowing rust to damage the mechanics inside. I brought it in and Gary had a look at it. He was able to give me an estimate in a couple of days and was quick to act to prevent anymore rust or damage so I wouldn't have to pay as much. He waited until I approved the estimate and gave the OK to proceed. Despite all the COVID issues, he was able to order the original crown parts to replace it in a timely manner and got the cleaning, replacement and fixing done within a couple of weeks. He is attentive and gave me updates throughout the entire process. He let me know as soon as it was finished and ready to be picked up. His prices are reasonable and fair and he offers a warranty. His prices beat all the other jewelry repair places I went to (they were charging astronomically high prices, about 1K). He genuinely cares about making sure you know how to take good care of your pieces. I'm glad I was able to find them and get my Rolex fixed, I would definitely recommend them! read more
