One of them said we were low on freon and tried to bend us over for 500 bucks, and when I got a second opinion the second big company said the freon level was fine. Neither of them fixed the machine, one said they wanted 15 grand for a new system, and the other was not helpful either. So after years living with a cold house and using emergency heat, I called this company and Tony sent Gabriel out and he put a capacitor on the machine and it works so well I can't even imagine it. Mine you we installed a pellet stove because of how bad this heater is, well our heater works fine, but the two large heating companies that work in Petaluma are horrible, I wont mention names. The one named after a guys name in the garden of eden wasn't as bad as the other company, but they wont even service you two months out they are so busy. These guys came within hours. After talking to Martin I gave them a shot, very satisfied, bill under 400 dollars and the heater works better then ever.

With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. Bought a new remote thinking the old one had worn out. Fast forward Terry called back - in 10 minutes! Remarkable. I explained the symptoms. He asked me to go to the electrical panel and throw the mini-split breaker. I did - and just like magic everything works! What a guy!!!!!

Called Nathan's Hvac Services, he came to our store, did a diagnosis, and fixed the freezer better than before. While he was at our location, he checked on all of our refrigeration equipment (we have a lot as a grocery store), he made sure all the maintenance was up to date. He found a few things that needed extra attention, like our on-demand water heaters. he fixed them and made them run better then when they were newly installed. He set up an equipment schedule for us. showed us what we could do ourselves, but also offered to maintain them for us. We needed heating and cooling in our storge area. I had gotten bids for a mini-split from other HVAC contractors, and they were all out of our budget. I asked Nathan for a bid, and it was significantly under the other bids, and because he did great work on our other equipment, we had him go ahead and install the heat pump. Boy, are we glad we did. The new mini-split works so great that we are looking forward to our hot Cloverdale summers. I told him that I wanted a way to remotely monitor the temp of our refrigerators and freezers. He did some research and presented a proposal, which was way under what I budgeted. We now have all our equipment set up to send an alarm if they reach a temp outside of our parameters, even our produce case. Nathan's hard work will save us thousands a year!
