Fantastic contractor! First meeting to inspect and estimate a job to connect my solar power system to the sub-panels in my house. John Evans, Business Owner, is knowledgeable, friendly, openly communicative and inspires confidence in his professionalism. Got a price quote which we agreed upon to proceed. His calendar was booked up several weeks, but we got a definite day for the job. Crew showed up on time and ready to work. Talked me through the job so I was informed on how long they would take to complete the work. Team of 3 guys got the job done shorter than estimated. Work was clean and professional. I had an issue while changing my GFI outlet in the kitchen. I swapped out the outlet and the indicator showed green. No power was coming from GFI and other outlets weren't working in the kitchen. After switching the wires numerous times as per installation instructions it still wasn't working. I called John and he tried to have me fix it over the phone, I was unable to do so. John was at my house within an hour and fixed the GFI issue. I was extremely happy with John, after I had spent a day plus talking to employees of Home Depot and hardware stores. His services were extremely reasonable. If I have an electrician issue in the future, he will be the first person I call. If you have a electrical problem don't waste your time call John. I was impressed with John and his ability to fix my GFI problem. If you have an electrical problem call John and avoid the others. read more

We called Eleos because our living room breaker wasn't working. It was an emergency since it meant our TV wouldn't work!! I had called a few other electricians, but they couldn't come out same day to fix the problem. John Evans answered the phone and, unbelievably, came right over. He arrived 10 minutes later. I contacted Eleos because they were recommended as knowledgeable, honest and reliable. After contracting their services I can affirm that as fact! Chase came out same day as my call, he gave me a quote and we agreed on the cost to install an emergency generator connection to my home electrical panel. The generator was my responsibility and the connection was his. At 8:00am the next work day Josh & Jose arrived with all of the necessary components and completed the interface. Day after that Chase came out to inspect. He discovere a problem with my generator circuit breaker tripping upon activation. There was a problem with the generators' internal wiring. It was my responsibility but Chase took it on. He went the extra mile..... researched my generator, discovered the problem, came out and corrected that wiring and made my backup power a reality. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Outstanding work. My house was built without gables in the attic so summers were torture. I have no cross breeze, so nothing I did helped during the day, and because the air had no place to escape I wouldn't get relief from the heat until around midnight. A friend recommended I call John to install an attic fan and gables, and I'm so glad he did. John gave me a great quote, and was able to get me scheduled quickly. His crew was very friendly, and they had the job done in no time. Thanks to them I'm sitting in my house on a hot afternoon with a ceiling fan on just to circulate the air (opposed to the 10 I normally have scattered through the house) and am completely comfortable. Disappointed in the customer service aspect of this company. My homeowners insurance sent them a service request. I did not hear from them for two weeks despite repeated calls to their office. When I finally got ahold of the company I was told they had to look for the service request. An hour later they called back and said it was been there all along but they overlooked it. They came out two days later and repaired the ceiling light but the technician said it wasn't going to be 100% fixed because that's the best he could do with what he had and so the light goes on about 3 seconds after the rest of the lights. Not all of the repair was covered by insurance so they asked for $190. So $200 for a light that isn't fixed because "that's the best he could do." read more

Eleos Electric came out as a part of our home warranty to look at why the electricity was out in the back of the house. Not only was that a simple fix, the Electrician (Nicholas) also looked at a few other issues we had and fixed them really quick. Nicholas was on time, had a great personality (even spent some time loving on our two golden retrievers), and fixed everything! John worked hard to come see my electrical failures ASAP. He quickly found and communicated what my problems were and gave me two options to fix them. The day after his first visit, he came out and replaced the needed breaker parts, as well as replacing two separate, worn out switches. He was good at explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I liked that he let me know a ballpark time and then ETA by phone each time. I could not rave more about the quality of communication (response time and clarity) and the thoroughness of both the estimate and the work accomplished. As soon as John came to scope out the old system in my house, I felt complete trust. After his assessment (I was fearful that the whole house...built 1943... needed to be rewired..images of having to cut holes in all the walls, etc), it was decided that the old fuse box in the laundry room should be dismantled and the outside panel should be upgraded.
