During today's drop-off, one of my dogs slipped out of her collar, pushed the door open, and ran into the parking lot. She was scared and could have easily been hit by a car or seriously hurt. I had to chase her down myself while panicking, and no one stepped in to help or acknowledged what was happening. What made this worse was how the situation was handled afterward. There was NO apology, no concern for my dog's safety, and no accountability. When I brought it up at pickup, the woman at the reception desk was dismissive and defensive, saying it wasn't her fault and that she didn't need to apologize. I was also told this has happened with other clients' dogs, which is very concerning.

My cat was there for seven hours, and after all that time, the haircut was absolutely terrible uneven, poorly done, and nowhere near the quality I expected for the price charged. I understand grooming can sometimes require adjustments, but adding charges without approval and delivering such subpar results is unacceptable. The entire experience felt unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The trainer seems to have preferences and gives a lot of attention to the other dog in the training, giving it treats and actively ignoring my dog. Do not waste your time and money.

They do not have shower brushes but who wants to share brushes? Anyhow, shower tubs are always clean and they offer a variety of shampoos. Water is warm and dryers are so easy to use. For my Frenchie I pay $14 which includes access to self serve showers and two towels. They have so many cute clothes, I always walk out with something new. You do have to sign up to for the reward program to receive the discounts, but IMO the discounts would be a regular price because everything is over priced. None the less I will keep coming back and wasting my money here.
