Above and beyond! I had my entire house upgraded with vinyl dual pane Milgard Tuscany windows and Sliding door. The previous aluminum frame dual pane windows worked like a heat/cold transfer panel around each window/sliding door. Heating and cooling my home was an energy consumption nightmare and quite a chore. Furniture always had to be moved away from the windows for comfort. With the new windows from Clovis glass my home is far more comfortable and my furniture stays put, right under the windows! In near 100* weather last week, the west side (hot side) of my home stayed amazingly cool. Placing my hand on the glass and around the frame I noticed very little shift in temperature from room temp even though the sun had been beating down on that wall for hours!!! I have to give special accolades to Mike in Sales. While my windows were being manufactured, I had an unexpected financial upheaval. Mike went out of his way to assist me with various financing options under difficult circumstances. He handled the entire issue with great compassion and understanding, much to his credit! I expect to be very happy with these windows for decades to come. We had Clovis glass come out and install solar screen windows. I can't believe the difference a solar screen makes but it dropped the temp in our rooms at least by a 1/3! Yay!! The guys are always polite kind and make sure to clean up after them selves. I liked that they explained what they would be doing before they did it. We only did the West, South and two windows on the east side but this made a huge difference. We have older windows from the builder so now I'm thinking about having them all replaced and I will be using clovis glass for sure! I have gone into their show room a few times to buy custom table tops and glass cleaner Roberta and Kim helped me, they are so nice. The solar screens were actually done by the guys so this was different. Really nice & great work! We are renovating our bathroom and needed a new vanity mirror. The turn around time from order to installation was less than a week. My installation team was the bomb! Michael Lorenzana and David G. called me as a courtesy to let me know they were on their way, and on time for my scheduled window of time. They were kind to understand the care needed for the newly renovated bathroom. Both communicated with me throughout the installation for leveling options and the traffic coming and going through the house. Once installed, they gave it a thorough cleaning and gave me some tips to protect the mirror during lighting installation. These guys were kind, informative, and did a lovely job. I recently had my patio sliding door replaced by Clovis Glass. Carlos Partida and Juan L. were wonderful. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and kind. They took care to make sure that the sliding door was in place correctly. It looked beautiful when finished. They also took care to clean the work site after the door was placed. I received a call back today from Kimberly and as we were discussing my issue, which was a shattered sliding glass door in my patio, an appointment slot opened up which she quickly booked for us. I had a security screen door installed that I purchased from Clovis Glass. The process was easy. It does take several months from the time you order to the day they can install. However, with Covid, everything is delayed. And, they did tell me up front that it would take that long. The installer, Carlos, was on time. He was very friendly. He asked if we had purchased the lockset, as we were suppose to. I had forgotten. He was kind enough to tell me I had time to go get it and we would install that on the door. I had no idea what I was suppose to get. Carlos told me exactly what to say at the hardware store and they were able to help. We are thinking we might install another security door and would absolutely go back to Clovis Glass for it! read more

We had a entire house and detached garage done with new windows. The sales guy Mike was very helpful and made sure that we got everything exactly like we wanted. He went over everything with me before the order went in, and even had the patience to deal with my crying 3 month old. Jose and William were a few of the installers. They arrived right on time and got the job done in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and made sure that all of our blinds and curtains were put back. As for the actual windows, we went with the Milgard. Not only are they beautiful, but they are amazing with keeping the heat out. I am so glad we went with Clovis Glass. This is a company of experts. I walked into their booth at the fairgrounds, their sales reps were not pushy and very knowledgeable about windows and doors. I scheduled an appointment, and immediately the following Monday received a call from the rep confirming our appointment. Upon his initial visit, knew his stuff but did not answer all of my questions and I respected that he admitted that he'll need to get back to me. Had a mirror installed in our bathroom, and might I say it was the most professional experience from a company in a long time I believe my installers name was John. This was a while ago but I'm looking at the mirror now and was smiling with how good it looked and how John deserved some major kudos from you guys! Clovis glass has dropped the ball again. I had one of there tech come out last Wednesday to measure for new windows and he told me he would sent the quote via email the next day. So Monday rolled around and I called to see what was going on and why they couldn't send a simple email to me. But they couldn't give me any answers. So I called back yesterday to see what the hell is going on, and still no email on my quote for windows. I would not recommend this company. How hard is it to send an email. Very disappointed. These guys really hustled, not for an hour, but for the entire time they were here. From the beginning of the process, until the last window was cleaned, they exceeded our expectations. We called Clovis Glass to come out and give us a bid on fixing the springs and screens in all of our windows plus fix a broken window. The guys came in, looked everything over. His work measuring, determining the thickness, grind, and corners needed paid off when he delivered a perfect piece of replacement glass.
