There is a lot of seating and amenities available but it is in such a great location in old town Clovis so I walked around and did some shopping while I waited. Wow, what a great customer service. I came here for a smog test and it's almost in and out, the guy made sure I'm comfortable waiting before he went proceed with the test. He offered coffee, snacks and if I want the TV on as I was in my cellphone like everybody else while waiting. Will definitely recommend this place. This place gets five stars just for their customer service and how they handle business alone. I sent them a message about pricing/appointments and had all my questions answered within 10 minutes. I showed up a few days later. As I was driving my "Service Engine Soon" light popped up. Even knowing it wouldn't pass, I was pleasantly surprised when they asked me upfront if I had a check engine light. When I let him know I did, he let me know it wouldn't pass and they don't repair there. I appreciate the fact that he asked, and didn't just do the smog test, which saved me money. I ended up going elsewhere for the test but would definitely come back next time I have to do a smog check. read more
