    It should never be easier to purchase a Nissan from Subaru than from a Nissan dealership. We arrived prepared to buy. We knew the model, we were ready to move forward that day, and we simply asked for basic payment scenarios before authorizing a hard credit inquiry. That request was met with repeated "I'm not sure" responses and an insistence that nothing could be discussed without running credit first. No clear breakdown of pricing. No confident explanation of add-ons. No estimated payment ranges. Just hesitation. When a sales team cannot confidently present or explain preliminary numbers, it raises concerns about training, internal communication, and overall management standards. Transparency should not require escalation. We left and visited another dealership, where detailed scenarios were provided immediately on the exact same Nissan model. The difference in professionalism and product knowledge was significant. We completed our purchase that same day. If leadership reviews feedback here, I would strongly recommend evaluating how your team is trained to handle serious, prepared buyers who simply expect clarity before commitment. The experience did not reflect the standards one would expect from a major automotive brand.

    please don't not buy a car from here trust I traded in a 2019 Chevy Silverado with 53,000 miles for a Dodge charger RT the first week I had my car nothing but problems when when I took it back to have them look at it they said my radiator and windshield wiper fluid tank had to get replaced because it kept on leaking. I was mad but they said that they will cover the cost of the rental and the parts but I still have paid 240 to have them look at it and after everything was done when I brought the paperwork back for the rental, they said they couldn't reimburse me because it was under my mom's name when I told him I'm 23 and I cannot get rental. They said it was gonna be fine, but they did not wanna cover it. So I had to pay 1200 pocket. Terrible customer service terrible place to shop at please don't shop here. I really wish I listen to my gut and went somewhere else

    Their customer service is the worst. It's been three days, and I still haven't gotten a quote for my trade-in. Plus, they just send automated AI messages instead of having someone from the team contact me.

That has not happened. I have repeatedly had to reach out myself just to get basic information about the status of my vehicle. I understand that parts can sometimes take time to arrive. However, it is very difficult to accept that a dealership would not have timely access to service parts for the vehicles they sell -- or at the very least provide clear, proactive communication about delays. Instead, I have been left without a firm timeline, without consistent updates, and without accountability. This has caused significant inconvenience. I recently moved to the area and rely heavily on my vehicle for work and daily responsibilities. If I had known a recall would turn into such a prolonged and poorly communicated process, I would have reconsidered scheduling it when I did. Customer service is not just about fixing cars -- it is about communication, transparency, and respect for people's time and circumstances. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I hope this review encourages improvement in communication and customer care so others do not experience the same level of frustration.

They do not do any mechanical work to the car unless it is visible to the customer. They don't care for their customers. They only care about money and ripping their customers off. They will sell the same "make and model" with different "car years and mileages", for the same price. When I bought a car from them, they told me to oil change it. They did not even pump the gas for me, it was low on empty! Not even a month later when I purchased a car from them, my car over heated. They were nice enough to fix it, but it was only for a temporary fix, because the problem started occurring again. If you want a honest car dealership, I advice you NOT to shop here! You might get lucky and get a decent car if the previous owner took cared of their vehicle, but other than that, good luck.
