Nick, along with Patrick, were not part of the disassembly process which had been done very smoothly by Tom, but they took what seemed like a zillion pieces of wood, pipes, slate, felt, pockets, fasteners and frames and turned them back into our table - they were like craftsmen, taking care with each step, sanding and smoothing the slate, ensuring everything was level, re-adhering the felt, testing the ball returns, etc., etc., etc. - I was thoroughly impressed with how well everything was handled. I had already been quoted a price and I was their last customer of the day, but the guys never rushed through any of the process. Tom's Billiard Service did a terrific job for us!
