The staff was were full of smiles and I appreciated the expediency of their service. After I purchased their gold package my car was damaged having a sensor ripped off my bumper on my new Volvo and some scratches on the paint. I didn't notice till after I had left as I was wrangling my two toddlers but overall it was disappointing after I had saw the damage. The interior seemed a little rushed when cleaned. They completely forgot to clean my rear hatch as there was still residue that they forgot to wipe clean. I will be going back to the hand car wash called "Happy Days" car wash and that's where I take my classic vehicles because I know they'll be safe. Great pricing also. I get stuck going through the car wash, and sit in there for about 5 minutes before anything starts to move again or someone to come let me know what's happening. I get back in my car AFTER they "cleaned" it to find dirt still in my floor mats, fingerprints on my dash screen, my seats don't even look like they've been vacuumed let alone wiped down. After being a monthly member for many years... recently realized Club Corners JC location does not properly maintain the equipments. Perhaps does not have sufficient insurance coverage either. Their equipments damaged and ripped off the door handle during a routine wash. The body shop recommended asking Club Corners to share the cost of the parts and/or repairs, but the owner shuts down any discussion and decided it was pre-existing part failure without seeing it in person. No mention of any camera footage review before and after wash because if they actually reviewed it it would have been clear to them that there were no pre-existing part failure before the wash. The damage was done during the wash and noticed afterwards. Their worker found the parts in the wash cycle. Be aware the owner at Club Corners does not care about the paying customers. 0 or negative ratings if it was an option. read more

Terrible car wash from the poor quality of washing to the complete lack of customer service. I joined their monthly subscription service and came once a week for 2 months (8 times). Not once was my sedan fully cleaned outside. My tires (which I paid extra for the "tire shine" feature) were dirty every time I left. The air blowers dry about 75% of your car, which means you'll have water spots all over your car as you drive away. No one greets you, speaks to you, looks at you, thanks you. Not one worker looks happy to be there. Zero effort. Zero value, especially when you leave with a dirty car every time. read more

I have been going to CCC for a few months now, and I've learned that each time they say my car is "ready", that it's truly not. I have to go over the car and all of the places they had missed, and today was no exception. I spent $60 (wash + tip) on a car wash that should have included a thorough cleaning inside and out. After pointing out several places and the attendant eventually handing me the cleaning rag, I came home to finish the job I paid for. This is my last time going there which is a shame because it's so convenient, but paying for a service you don't receive is worthless. The outside was not even cleaned! This covered all the actual car wash machine options and more option when my car exited the car wash. Make you sure you drive up to the amazing staff on site and show them your receipt. They can see all the work that they are required to do per the option you paid for. The staff are extremely professional and very helpful. I was extremely happy when the staff were finished cleaning my car. My car looks absolutely amazing and the attention detail was above par. It should be noted I am originally from Dublin, Ireland and lIved in the United States for over thirty years. Great car wash. Not sure why people are stating the prices are confusing - I pulled up, told them what wash I wanted and went and waited in the lobby. When they came and told me the car was done I was very pleasantly surprised- for $32 they did an amazing job detailing the car inside & out. It was very dirty when I brought it in, but they transformed it: the exterior was so shiny it looked like they had waxed it. The tires were dressed. The interior was cleaned spotless, and the seats/other surfaces had been polished as well. They have an express option for half that price that covers the inside & out, but doesn't include all the bells & whistles: I'd like to try that as well. Great car wash, good people. read more

Pretty solid car wash, hard workers present as well. Slightly pricey to me for my car to go through the automatic machine, usually I pay $5-7, here it's 11.50. (I was on this side of town). Plus it's an extra $4.50 just for tire dress. They did provide good options for my car though in terms of detailing, etc. however I would personally go to a cheaper place to have it all done. No where on the website does it mention number of visits required for the free birthday car wash. I was denied the $16 discount because I did not meet their requirements. I told the manger their requirement should be mentioned on the website because it was misleading. He laughed at me and said it was "policy" and if I didn't like it I should talk to the owners. He was rude and did not care. I did not appreciate the laughter. I also received a poor car wash. I will not return... EVER. They have really gone downhill in the past few years. Tad... We went to Club Corners Carwash years ago when we lived in the area. I was working close by and went into Club Corners for a wash during lunch not realizing it was under different ownership. When my car came out of the car wash, I noticed the exterior clean was okay, but the interior cleaning was sloppily done (not vacuuming between seats, not wiping out dirty areas, all the glass heavily smudged, etc.). I did not have time to address the situation and ask for a redo, so I drove away knowing that I would never return. About 30 minutes later, I looked up towards my rear-view mirror and noticed a foot long curved crack in the shaded area of my windshield on the upper passenger side near the rear-view mirror. I returned to Club Corners and asked to speak to the manager. An Asian woman came outside and was very antagonistic claiming no liability before she even looked at the damages. I showed her the damaged windshield and suggested that the damages might have occurred when they were power-washing before it entered the car wash. She said that it was probably existing damage and she was not liable and became even more aggressive, rude, and patronizing. I called my auto insurance company to get instructions on how to proceed and she came out twice while I was on the phone with the insurance company and would shout things at me and attempt to argue with me, then go back inside. My insurance company recommended that I call Johns Creek Police to take a report. The Johns Creek police officer that arrived was very pleasant and helpful and evidently they are called over to this car wash often. He could not write an accident report, but he did notate his findings for my insurance company purposes. While the Johns Creek Police officer was there, the Asian woman who I was told was the owner came outside another 3 times attempting to engage me and the police officer told me to not speak with her and sit in my car. She was very agitated and kept saying that on her video cameras there was a small windshield ding that had opened up into a crack during the car wash. We had a great laugh about that. If she can see a small windshield ding from her video camera upon entering, then the government needs to employ her video technology to see ants on the ground from satellites! When I had the windshield replaced by Safelite Auto Glass under the recommendation of my insurance company, the Safelite representative told me he had just been at Club Corners 2 weeks prior to replace a rear windshield that was completely busted out. After I paid out of pocket for my windshield replacement, when my insurance company tried to collect from Club Corners, both the owner and another employee named Brenda lied to my insurance company saying that they had video of the small ding on my windshield, but even more insane, said that I had admitted that the windshield ding was there when I came in! Yet, my report with the Johns Creek Police and my report to my insurance company stated otherwise. The owner's response was "sue me" to my insurance company, but unfortunately there is nothing that they can do. I can't emphasize enough that you should avoid this business. They are unethical, dishonest, do shoddy work, and mistreat customers. I am out $500 for a windshield replacement and a lot of time/heartache. read more

However they recently dropped their standard option and now I'm paying a 25% increase which is roughly $40 without tip for the same service with the addition of a tire shine. Husband took my car to be washed while I was at work today. Car seems to have been washed okay from what I could see but medicine (a box of sudafed he had just purchased before taking my car to get washed) that he had tucked under seat to keep safe is now missing. I'm hoping it was thrown away in error (box was still in bag with receipt) and not just stolen. But now the car wash is costing us even more since we are out the cost of the original purchase + have to wait until tomorrow for pharmacy to let us purchase a new box of sudafed. I got the inside and outside cleaned. On the inside I got the express package and it was great. My leather looks amazing and conditioned. Every little thing is clean. I had so much dog hair and crumbs, but all of it's gone. My carpet hasn't looked this clean since when I first got it. Customer service was okay, but my car turned out exactly how I wanted it so it didn't matter. I have a lot of stickers on the inside and outside, and none were damaged. I went to simply get my car vacuumed this morning and the woman encouraged me to get a car detailing instead. I know that my car could use it so I asked her how long it would take since I had a meeting to get to. She told me that it would take 35 minutes and so I agreed. 55 minutes later My car was ready. I wasn't too much of a hurry to really look at what they had done or to check to make sure that all my stuff was there and plus I'm a pretty trusting person so I just left. When I got to my event I had to bring a gift and I noticed that the gift that I had in my car was not there. So I called The car wash to check and see if they had it and they did. I had to drive all the way back there to go get it which I was already unhappy about having to do, and when they handed me the gift it appeared as though something was missing out of it. The owner was there and so she was helping me get to the bottom of it and instead of privately talking to her guys outside she brought him in right in front of me and questioned him about it. I was so uncomfortable and thought that was so unprofessional. I just wanted to get out of there at this point. It turns out that my gift had just been shaken up a lot, and so it was in there just at the bottom. Regardless, that is not how I left it and that's not OK in my book. As far as the detailing goes, the vacuum job was really great which is why I'm even giving them two stars at all, but the actual detailing was subpar. For $50 I would've expected my car to look brand new but there still dirt in the cupholders and the surrounding areas I have pictures. I went in for a routine car wash and I have electric side mirrors, they did not shut one or did not shut properly so they forced it and broke it then claimed it was already broken. First they said they would pay for the part and order it then when they found out what they broke was $511 they called up to say they weren't going to pay for it and that it was already broken which it was not and worked perfectly yesterday and this morning. I used it this morning and my side electric window my side mirrors worked perfectly he pushed the button, and it didn't retract so he forced the mirror or sent it through open and destroyed the mechanism. Instead of telling me or asking me to close he forced breaking the gears and they are making me now file in court to be able to get my car repaired from the damages they did. Now that I look at previous reviews this is common along with theft and rudeness. These people need to be put out of business for crooked practices and terrible service!!!! I'd give 0 starts but the force one star just to post!!! The response is a COMPLETE LIE...the mirror worked perfectly that morning and had never been broken. The ATTENDANT did not ask why the mirror didn't close with other, they were out of sync and only required the button cycled open and close again. The ATTENDANT BROKE TGE GEARS BY FORCING IT CLOSED INSTEAD OF ASKING AS HE DID FOR ANTENNA!!! I have my insurance attorney and proof the mirror was functioning and a letter from my mechanic that the CAR WASH BROKE TGE GEARS!!! 989 to repair , I will see you in court and will be protesting on public property in front of your car wash with my broken vehicle and a large sign saying how you broke it. Don't know why they've got such a low rating but I've been taking my cars here for years without a problem. They offer both drive-thru automated washing and hand wash services as well. They also have two bays and do oil change and minor maintenance (that I have taken my cars for). The mechanics and service staff have always been very friendly and good to work with. Pricing is very reasonable with a variety of packages for you to choose from depending on what you want. I've gotten my car waxed here a few times and I can say they do a great job for what you pay. Their pro wax package has the best shine and lasts 3 to 4 months without problems. It generally takes 30 to 40 min to get done. While your car is being cleaned, they have a relaxing seating area with comfortable leather sofas in an air conditioned waiting area. One thing I do miss is their set of Apple desktops that they used to have where you can surf the web. I've only had one problem since I took my car there several years ago. After the car is washed, they will take it over to be dried by hand, where they will also do the interior (if you selected that option). Once they left a scratch on one of my previous car's glove box. I think it was caused by a hand towel. After explaining it to the owner, the owner offered to pay for the scratch if he wasn't able to fix it himself. Fortunately he did fix it by applying some type of solution and made it look like new. Those AutoBell franchises that keep popping up out here in the suburbs are terrible quality for the price they ask. $20 here gets you tire shine, interior cleaning and vacuuming, and a solid wash. AutoBell charges $16 for what they call a interior cleaning which is piss poor as they quickly vacuum while the car is on the track entering the wash. Solid workers here and never had any issues and my car and wheels come out spotless. read more

In search for a carwash that could fit my Yukon XL in for a full detail just a few hours before closing time, I ran across Club Corners who said they could accommodate my timing. Unfortunately, they had just a few outdated reviews and a couple of them brought their overall score down. I asked the manager about some of the comments and she assured me that the reviews were not indicative of their service. My biggest concern was that the "full service" detail would fall short on getting all the little crumbs and junk left by my four very young children who leave 1/4 of their snacks under their carseats and in the multitudes of nooks and crannies. (Yuck!) The manager's genuine tone and personal commitment to getting the job done fully and with excellence gave me enough trust to give them a try. As promised, I was given a call to let me know that the Yukon was ready. When I picked it up, it was nearly dark so I wasn't able to give it a very thorough look-over, but everything I could see looked fine. The following morning, I was really surprised to see that they were able to get the red kool-aid stains out of the carpet and the goldfish crumbles out of the cracks and crevices. The dash, carpets, instrument panel, and the rest of the exterior looked great as well. Awful. I wish I had looked here on Yelp beforehand, but I went there on an impulse. Expensive, which I don't mind paying more for great service, but this is a sub-standard car wash for a premium price. Also be prepared for the possibility of rude treatment, a poor cleaning job, damages, and/or thefts from your car. Last week I took my car to Club Corners for a full exterior and interior wash. While waiting I noticed that a Johns Creek Police car was getting their car cleaned. Another waiting customer told me that it seems that the Johns Creek Police wash all their patrol cars at this location. The owner(s) seem to fawn all over the Johns Creek Police, but ignore or treat the other customers rudely. When my car was ready, it looked like the inside had not been touched. There was also a large swirl pattern scratch in the paint on the passenger door. When I approached the supervisor (owner?), she rudely told me that my car was "too dirty to clean" and the scratches were probably already there or came from the dirt! She walked away saying something in Korean (?) and then screeched, "No refund." Ummm, I think you take a car to the car wash BECAUSE it is dirty. She was very rude and did not want to offer to properly complete the cleaning, much less address the paint damages. That morning before the car wash I had picked up a prescription for pain medicine for a person who is dying and put them in the center console for my visit today. This morning I went to retrieve the pain medication from the car console and it was gone. The only people who have been inside my car other than me are Club Corners Car Wash employees, so it appears that the medicine was stolen by Club Corners Car Wash. I had to leave, drive back to the doctor and get another prescription written, refill it, and drive it back to the patient. I thought about calling Club Corners to complain, but after reading these other reviews it seemed to be a waste of time. This afternoon I was talking about this theft incident to a neighbor and thinking about filing a police report about the theft, but it is hard to prove. My neighbor said not to bother. Remember those Johns Creek Police cars that get washed at Club Corners?
