The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.

On a recent vaca week spent in Palm Springs, my husband and I wanted to check this place out. We brought our own food and water canisters, which was good because the food there wasn't great (fried chicken, chips, cookies). The margarita's are decent, so that was nice. We had a totally fun, no pressure time. Everyone is super respectful of what you and your partner are into and not into. We said we're just enjoying our day together, and that was the end of that- truly no pressure. Conversely, we saw some couples say they wanted to do the whole swap thing, and that they did. Again though, no judgement and everyone is mature about it. We spent the day chillaxing au natural in between the pool and hot tub. It was a fun and sexy day, and we would go again. If you're debating going here... I'd say go! I was so nervous beforehand, and then it ended up to be no big deal at all.

She gave me a folded stack of change, of which I took a $1 bill out of and left as a tip. When I returned to buy another beer, I got out that folded wad of bills and found there was only $9.00 left. She had stiffed me $5.00. So my beer ended up costing me $16.50 between the bank, the ATM, the beer, the tip, and the $5.00 she stiffed me. I left.

I have been to Zaldas nightclub years ago and it was a fun place. Anyway, looked up on Yelp and found this gem and my friend and I got excited, took an Uber and went straight to the club. We didn't have this much fun in a long time. David was very nice, kind and attentive. Since we had already eaten, we only ordered drinks. We both opted for Coconut Margarita (blended) didn't want to cross the line and get drunk. That is why we took the Uber down there. Smart idea right? Right! They have a dance floor, DJ, and live music. Also a cover charge for entrance. $10.00 which is not bad at all. Other places charge way more..Can't comment on the food, since we didn't eat there. The minute I came back from the restroom to my seat, this lovely elderly gentlemen invited me to dance. Since he was more like my friend's age, she thought that he was about to ask her to dance.. Place was very clean, David checked on us twice, and the feeling/vibe along with the atmosphere was just PERFECT!! The song that the band was playing was "Besame Mucho". I am sure most of you have heard of that song, if you haven't, it's never too late. If I happen to be in Palm Springs again, I will definitely go back to this club. You are never too old to have fun. That level of attentiveness made the night feel easy and well managed from our side. It felt lively, celebratory, and like exactly the kind of place you want for a wedding after party. The staff was welcoming, service was strong, and the atmosphere carried the night forward in a really fun way. We would absolutely recommend Copa for anyone looking for an upbeat Palm Springs after party venue.
