There was also plenty of parking and several seating options inside. We decided to order a little bit of everything so we could try as much of the menu as possible. We had the brisket, brisket burnt ends, rib tips, several sides, and both desserts. The brisket burnt ends were definitely my favorite. They were smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The brisket had a beautiful bark and was cooked perfectly, and the rib tips were just as good. I was honestly just as impressed with the sides. My favorites were the spicy mac and cheese and the potato salad. The potato salad was creamy and was the perfect thing to cool your mouth after eating the steamed jalapeños. The coleslaw and green beans were also really refreshing and balanced out all the rich barbecue. The biggest surprise for me was the sweet yams. It was so flavorful that it tasted like it had been slow-cooked in brown sugar and spices for hours. For dessert, I tried both the banana pudding and the peach cobbler. The banana pudding was the winner for me, but I also liked that the peach cobbler wasn't overly sweet. Even the cornbread was delicious. I ended up pairing it with the barbecue baked beans and was a great combo. Our total came to about $110 before tax and tip, but we ordered enough food to try a wide variety of meats, sides, and desserts, so I thought it was well worth it. Overall, there wasn't a single thing we ordered that I wouldn't get again. If you're looking for great Texas-style barbecue in the Inland Empire, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.

I've always enjoyed coming here for BBQ, but today's experience was disappointing. The customer…read moreservice really needs improvement. There were only about five customers in line, yet the service was extremely slow. I placed my order for meat and then waited to move down the line, but ended up standing there for over 20 minutes just to pay. There were only three customers ahead of me, and the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed--mainly due to a single to-go order. Meanwhile, everyone else's food was just sitting there getting cold. The customer in front of me even left to use the restroom and came back to more waiting, which says a lot about the delay. What made it more frustrating was seeing the to-go order continue adding items while several of us were stuck waiting just to check out. At that point, it felt like enough was enough. I would strongly suggest having one dedicated cashier and another person serving. It's not a good look for a restaurant running a hot line to struggle with just five customers. Hopefully this was just an off day, because I've had good experiences here before--but today definitely missed the mark.

They've been in that location for 19 years but first thing to know is there is no dine in option and if you blink, you'll pass right by it. You walk in, there's the order/pick up counter and a couple chairs to sit in to wait for your order, a jukebox that says "do not touch" and a soda fridge. But don't fret, the ribs are worth picking up or having delivered. Fresh, succulent, "cut it with a spoon" tender and meaty ribs. Very good sauce covering everything and I don't say this lightly. I usually eat my ribs sauceless or with just a little to dip in to but not this time. All my fingers and half my face got sauced and I didn't care. The sides were as noteworthy as the ribs. Delicious, moist, cheesy homemade (or good as homemade if it was store bought) mac & cheese and baked beans cooked to perfection. The only things that held up the fifth star was 1. Their sliced beef. It was fatty and drenched in bbq sauce like they were hiding their sliced beef shame in it, 2. The service was slow. I called in the order, was told 15 minutes, I arrived 30 mins later and they hadn't even started putting the order together. I ended up waiting an additional 15 mins while they prepared the order, and 3. Their hours are a little selective. Make sure you check the hours on the day you go. All of this is forgivable though because what they do right, they do RIGHT!! And they definitely do ribs right. Sorry, I failed to capture any pictures.

I had high hopes for this place, but was disappointed, big time. I ordered hot links, beef ribs, macaroni and cheese and greens on my visit about a month ago. To be honest, I didn't care for anything I got... the ribs tasted like they were made in an oven versus on a grill and were not flavorful. I was not a fan of the barbecue sauce as I like more of a brown sugar, sweet smokey flavor which this sauce did not have. The hot links tasted like big Slim Jim's which was a no for me. Mac & cheese and greens were subpar as well. Everything was just lacking IMO. It could've been just me because I saw many people coming to pick up their orders and leaving with bags of food. But I was not impressed and think Lucille's has better BBQ. Sorry Westside.

However, I had never actually been inside until we came together to celebrate my promotion at work. From the moment we arrived, I loved the atmosphere. Our waitress, Ashley, was so fun, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent, the service was amazing, and the overall experience was exactly what we were hoping for. I can definitely see us making this our go-to spot.

Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Takeout: 5/5…read more I noticed a huge improvement with my latest takeout order. Texas Roadhouse has moved its takeout service to a dedicated pickup area outside the restaurant, making the whole process much faster and more convenient. I ordered my steak medium-rare, and unlike previous takeout orders where it would end up medium or even overcooked by the time I got home, this time it was still perfectly medium-rare, juicy, and exactly as ordered. That alone made a big difference. They also included their famous fresh rolls, which are always a nice bonus and never disappoint. I tried the Texas Chili as a side for the first time, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was loaded with meat, rich, flavorful, and hearty. I honestly wish I had ordered it sooner--it'll definitely be my go-to side from now on. It's great to see these improvements. The food quality, the smoother pickup process, and the overall experience have all gotten even better. I'll definitely be back!
